I purchased a car from Royal Buick about a year ago and it was then that I described my perfect other vehicle and while I was very happy to have bought a Buick that was a beautiful and fantastic car, my heart yearned for a Cadillac. Sarah McDonald, my rep had been awesome about making sure I was completly satisfied with my Buick and checked in on me from time to time and so I let her know that if you see my dream car, just touch base. In fact she has been so awesome, I have sent a couple other people her way and even when we were looking at SUVs as a second car she helped and because she doesn't hard sell you, I simply have more faith that she is working for me and my desires in a vehicle. I truly can't say enough great things about the entire staff at Royal. The finance department are just fantastic at making sure you get the deal that's right for your financial situation and that was what closed the deal for me.
