He left and came back with Josh who was the tech who had the expertise to answer all my questions and we both went out to the service advisor who promptly booked me an appoint for the following morning. Wow. It was no small job but Josh completed it on schedule. He found a couple of other thing to consider in the future and gave me some free advice on noises I was trying to track down. It all began in the summer, when we decided to purchase a Cadillac before the year's end. We met with Salesperson Luzi. We let Luzi know that we were not ready to purchase at that time, but wanted to look at the vehicles and obtain further information, such as financing, etc.... Luzi spent approximately 1 hour with us, answering all our questions and providing the information we were seeking. One of the main reasons we returned to Royal Cadillac last week, ready to buy, was because of our prior experience with Luzi! Luzi was unavailable that evening, but, Aaron didn't miss a beat working with us. The manager, Ali, was fantastic also. Aaron and Ali went "above and beyond" to meet our needs and even exceeded our expectations. There is absolutely a top notch staff working at Royal Cadillac and we will definitely be repeat customers.
