Best Experience I've ever had buying a car! I went to 8 different dealers and their reps before I went to Royal Buick, I was impressed with the fast response from Ryan Lapotosky when I pulled u I went to 8 different dealers and their reps before I went to Royal Buick, I was impressed with the fast response from Ryan Lapotosky when I pulled up to the dealership and his no pressure approach . He listened to what we wanted and showed me 3 different cars and let me pick the one I test drove . When I came back with my wife he went through everything again and answered all her questions. He did a better job at convincing her then I could have done and I can assure you that is not easy! She loves the roses, great touch! Great job Ryan ,Thank you Tom Radford More

I was 100% pleased. 😊 I gave.a 5 star to Royal because their team was amazing. I've been having a bad month with my car breaking down on me and my kids every other day prac I gave.a 5 star to Royal because their team was amazing. I've been having a bad month with my car breaking down on me and my kids every other day practically So i took a chance and emailed Royal. Starting from their quick response to my email. I got a call frim Sarah and she was very kind and offered to have me picked up because i had no working car to get there. She also notified her team i was coming and when i got there i waited a few seconds and was helped right away and Joe was amazing as well very helpful and the royal team helped me get into a car in a few hours. It was stress free. The environment made us feel at home also the team all worked together everything went smooth and i was so relieved and happy as well as my kids. As a single mom if my kids are happy i am happy. And their super excited we finally have a beautiful reliable car. Thanks Royal buick team for the best experience. Awesome place to do business So I needed a newer truck and Royal was the first place I stopped. Ryan was the sales person I met and he immediately put me at ease. I new the truck I wanted to check out and we were out for a test drive fast. I loved the truck, I got a fantastic price for my trade in. He took my information, gave me the truck for 4 days, my next day off, and said we would go over financials then. There was no hassle, no pressure during that time. When I returned with my wife 4 days later, we went over the financial's, we weren't quite where we wanted to be. The financial team was fantastic at working with us...we reached an agreement and an hour later were out the door with a new truck. Best buying experience ever, would highly recommend. More
