First dealership that we’ve encountered where we didn’t feel pressured into buying. Worked with José majority on not one, but two, absolutely gorgeous GMC’s within a 72 hour period! Royal has no pressure, listens to the customer, and was extremely helpful in our out of state purchase. The dozen roses at the close of the deal was icing on the cake. Car was not detailed, also did not have a full tank of gas, and oil life was at 48%. I may be a GM retiree and will always purchase a GM car but were I make my next purchase will depend on the condition t gas, and oil life was at 48%.
