Worst service I have experienced in my 75 years. First took my new 2024 GMC Canyon in to replace a cracked speaker & saggy visor. They didn’t have the parts and had to order them. After 3 months First took my new 2024 GMC Canyon in to replace a cracked speaker & saggy visor. They didn’t have the parts and had to order them. After 3 months I called and they said the speaker wasn’t in yet. After 4 months I stopped in and had a new service person, Chris. He said the original speaker they ordered wasn’t even a good part # and had to reorder the correct one. I asked about the visor part and he said they sent it back because it wasn’t installed. Not one time in 4 months did they ever contact me. I went to Royal again to look at the Alexa that didn’t work and we spent almost two hours trying to get it fixed, but couldn’t. The guy said someone from the Tech department would contact me. They left me an email on how to get it to work. Did not work. It is now almost 10 weeks since I took the vehicle for other warranty work and still don’t have my Canyon. During these 10 they haven’t contacted me to tell me what is going on. I have to call them and it is almost impossible to talk to anyone. You have to leave a voice mail or text. About 2 weeks ago that brought it to my house and said it was fixed. The radio didn’t turn off when the motor was off and you exited the vehicle. I told them to fix the problem. I’ve called 4 times in the last week and have yet to have a return call on status of my vehicle. DO NOT USE ROYAL!! Also, my friend took his new GMC Sierra for warranty work and they dented the vehicle and didn’t tell him. Luckily he saw it and pursued it and they finally admitted to it. I would rate them a ZERO, but you have to check something to continue. More
