Ray in financing worked with me to obtain a loan that suited my needs, and left out was very positive, as was my last used car purchase at Rowe Ford. I thought Jamie was very knowledgeable about the Ford Fusion that I purchased, and he took a lot of time explaining to me the features of that particular model. He spent extra time with me on how to use Fusion that I purchased, and he took a lot of time explaining to me the features of that particular model. He spent extra time with me on how to use the Sync feature which I appreciated. I thought he was a great salesman and I would recommend him to anyone else I knew who was interested in buying a car. Salesman (Jamie) was knowledgeable about what he was selling including lease/buy options. He showed me several trucks, pointing out advantages of each, including likely resale values. When I went to pick the truck up, he went through everything with me to be sure I knew how the options and controls all worked. We found dome light out. He had that replaced immediately. Very pleasant guy to deal with. The man who did the paperwork including financing,(sorry, forgot his name) was also knowlegeable and friendly. No complaints at all.....Thanks ED More

I don't have any experience with the dealership as a whole, but my experience purchasing my first brand new car was quick, easy and, most of all, painless due to the customer service of Mark Camp. I'm t whole, but my experience purchasing my first brand new car was quick, easy and, most of all, painless due to the customer service of Mark Camp. I'm the kind of person who has the deal with the right person in order to buy a car. I'll happily walk right out if my first impression of the person of the sales person who greets me doesn't sit well. Lucky for me, I met Mark and he was wonderfully kind, very knowledgeable about the car and laid back. Instead of talking me into a different color or package that I knew I didn't want, he listened, didn't argue and found me the car I wanted elsewhere in just a matter of days. I've purchased a few cars in the last ten or fifteen years and have always left with a bad taste in my mouth because I've been condescended to, encouraged to buy something I didn't want, low balled or not been taken seriously. I'm happy to say that Mark did none of these things and believe it or not, the experience was even quite fun. Plus... I'm in love with this new Hyundai Accent. A former Honda person, I'm now a convert. More
