I went in looking for another Hyundai Sonata, and Jason Burns was super helpful during the process. He seemed very genuine, and never pushed me towards a car I didn't want. When we first went to Rowe, we were in the wrong showroom and told so. We almost left the dealership, but my husband was very interested in used vehicle Rowe had on the lot. Bought a new 2011 f-150 van, back door opens as you are driving . Shawn our saleperson who we have brought two out of three cars from Rowe is very nice, and helpful but The Service Manager told us when we driving . I don't think so ! Got one call which I missed from General Manager and that was it. I fell through the gap. Never ever a follow up from anyone from Rowe Ford. They want to sell you a Car/Van but if there is a problem Good Luck. And Thats too bad because we enjoyed doing business with them in the past. Maybe because we NEVER had a problem before. I really don't think we would drive the distance of 45 minutes one way again to buy a Car/Truck/ Van again from them . More
I gave the dealership great reviews, because the salesman was very personable and was trustworthy. Steve told the stats on the car and gave me time to decide and test drive the vehicle. The overall experience was downgraded due to the fact the financing took longer than expected, but that aspect could be due to my credit issues. The Rowe team cleaned the car excellently. I went to 5 dealerships before Rowe and was not satisfied with the service. I loved that when I drove in first day looking for a car -Steve came over and talked to me, but then let me walk around with no hassle. More
