I found the truck I'd been looking for on-line at Rowe Westbrook. I called and spoke with Cyndy Dambrie. I told her a price range I had in mind and within 5 minutes she and the sales manager agreed to low Westbrook. I called and spoke with Cyndy Dambrie. I told her a price range I had in mind and within 5 minutes she and the sales manager agreed to lower the price of the truck almost $2,000 to fit my payment needs. Once at the dealership, both Cyndy and Ray Lerette treated my family and I with kindness nd respect throughout the purchase. My husband and I felt very comfortable with Jim Mathews. No pressure at all. I am 67 yrs old and have delt with many car salesmen. Started working with Kristen over the phone about purchasing a used 2011 Chevrolet Impala and was impressed with her service and follow ups. Went in a couple nights later test drove the car and fill purchasing a used 2011 Chevrolet Impala and was impressed with her service and follow ups. I was upfront and advised there are some issues due to a traffic accident that greatly reduceds our income for 3 years. Kristen was certain they could work with me and get a deal done. The came the sales manager Ray Lerette, he actually came over and asked what had happed as he could see I went from an excelent rating then 6 month later it started to decline. Itold him that my wife i were in a severe auto accident and ended up loosing close to 40% of our income for 3 years. He again said he would talk to the banks and explain our situation. Next morning I got a call from Kristn and he was able to talk to the creditaors and was actually able to get the loan approved. but was still trying to get the rate down. At this point i asked fo 2 new tires be put on the car so it has a match set. Again no issues, signed the contract(which was also quick and painless) In short if you have issues with credit or anything I beleive you should do your self a favor and stop to see the Rowe Used Car team. They made me feel importand and were the first and only place to ever ask "what happened?". That question met more than the price..which in fact was amazing in itself! More

Mike Jeffers, Mannager at Westbrook helped me get the best satisfied price for my tradein and took good care of getting the best price on my New 2013 Hyundai Santafe Sport. Jason and Mike together got me into a this nice SUV with all bells and whistles. The service of Rowe Westbrook was fantastic. Though the SUV I bought had a manufacturer defect of the sunroof, Jason talked to the service guys and got me right in and got it taken care. Jessica Hanscom at service helped to get the service done at the best and honoured me a gift card and as well. Ray Larette was polite and professional in closing the monetary deal. Jason was very helpful, friendly and honest and I would recommend him to others for a future vehicle purchase. The whole experience was Rowe was new and at the end was a pleasant. Great dealership and has nice people like Jason, Mike and Jessica that make this delearship great. More

Although, I did have to stick to my guns with him to get him down to what I felt was a fair price to pay for the Edge. He did his job of trying to get the most for Rowe, but after showing him my research on the vehicle price, he did get approval for the deal at what I wanted to pay. Jaime even checked in your computer system and found that I could get and extra $100 off because we had purchsed a Hyundai Accent last year for my daughter. Thank you, Jamie. Chris was pleasant to work with, also. He handled all the paper work and financing very quickly. He even talked us into purchasing the Service Agreement which I hope will pay off for us. I will be keeping running tally as we go to see if we actually make out with the plan. I had worked with Chris last year at about this same time in purchasing the Hyundai Accent for my daughter. More
My wife and I were looking for an affordable, but comfortable vehicle. We drive to Maine in the Spring and back to Florida in the Fall. Ray Lerette was extremely helpful and explained all of our options for financing the vehicle. The vehicle provides what we were looking for. Jim checked around and found the color vehicle we wanted and had it delivered on the day he promised. Ray suggested a date and time that would beneficial to save us time on signing and delivery of the vehicle. My wife and I are extremely satisfied with our new car. I would recommend the dealership and these two individuals to anyone. They care about the customer and it shows. Thank you very much for making this experience enjoyable. More

I started my search for a new vehicle by searching online using cars.com which, after pinpointing my search criteria, eventually lead me to a vehicle at Rowe Ford. I had a Hyundai Genesis which I was looking using cars.com which, after pinpointing my search criteria, eventually lead me to a vehicle at Rowe Ford. I had a Hyundai Genesis which I was looking to trade-in and since they were also a Hyundai dealer, I thought that it made perfect sense to reach out to them to discuss my options. I sent an email and recieved Ken Sweet's contact information back and reached out to preliminarily discuss the vehicle and my needs. After that first call, I continued to look around only to come back to that same vehicle several days later. I called Ken and arranged a time to stop in to test drive the vehicle. I was able to get in and meet with Ken immediately. We proceeded to look at a couple of vehicles, inlcuding the one I specifically came to discuss and after several test drives, I decided that I was ready to buy. We negotiated the price of my trade-in and moved through the paperwork without issue. There was a bit of a layover due a few folks ahead of me waiting for finance, but their waiting areas was comfortable with plenty of coffee, water and a TV. While I waited I walked a few minutes to grab a bite to eat and Ken got my vehicle ready and filled the gas tank. Once I made it through finance, we swapped out all of my belongings from one vehicle to the other and I left the lot with my new truck. Ken was very helpful, friendly and honest and I would recommend him to others looking for a new or used vehicle in the Portland area. A few days later I received a call that I needed to sign a couple of things that were incorrect and although I could not get away from home and work to make the trip, Rowe had a representative drive to me and sign the paperwork which took literally 1 minute - pretty cool! The whole experience was pleasant and I am fortunate to have made the choice I did and work with Rowe and will likely do it again! More
