It is a long story, but they did not look at our vehicle for a week and a half. Then it was one thing after another. After telling the service department person (a male) that this was not acceptable way to for a week and a half. Then it was one thing after another. After telling the service department person (a male) that this was not acceptable way to do business he said he didn't like my "attitude"!! We had replaced the brakes in the vehicle at our garage and then come to find out it was the computer system that was screwing up the ABS. We finally got it back after TWO WEEKS and had to pay just over $2k, added on to the new brakes that did not need replacing. What took the cake is they told us they would refund the service IF we gave them a 5 star review. We were thinking this is kind of sketchy, but for $2k we reluctantly carried out our end of the bargain. What did we receive? Well first they said they would replace the keys that they had lost (yes, they lost the keys, along with my father's dog tags). Then when we came back saying that wasn't what we agreed upon they said they would call back the following Monday. Guess what? We did NOT hear from them. We called and left a message that Monday afternoon; have not heard a peep since and that was approximately 6 months ago. The person who was supposedly getting us a refund's name is Debbie. More

I scheduled repairs in the body shop based on the availability of a loaner on that date, for which I waited a month. I had to prepay for all the parts before scheduling the date as well. Originally was trying to be positive with my review and wanted to give them the benefit of the doubt. Friday Night I was all ready to come put a downpayment on the my vehicle in order to secure and purc wanted to give them the benefit of the doubt. Friday Night I was all ready to come put a downpayment on the my vehicle in order to secure and purchase the vehicle when it was ready. I had to pick up my child from care and was promised to receive a phone call from the finance manager 3 times Friday evening and was delaying the pickup of my child and trying to plan it out so that I wasn't driving when the call came in and could talk numbers. But after 3 follow ups and being told I would get a call in a certain amount of time no one called me that night. Saturday morning I finally got a call, but was not pleased with how Friday night was handled with zero communication that the call wasn't coming and decided after hearing the warranty number and the prior lack of communication I was no longer interested. Then Monday came along and I had a deal in place for another vehicle but passed on that since Rowe gave me a call with a great offer and I was ready to take that deal. Then Friday happened all over again, my sales rep said i would receive a call shortly and didn't hear so I followed up and he said within the hour. Then the hour passed and it was 4:30 and I sent an email to see if I should swing by after work (no response). So I stopped by and was informed to expect a call in the morning because they were too busy. So It's now noon on a Tuesday, and still no phone call yet to explain anything. At this point I was ready to walk away when they could have had the easiest sale. They dragged their feet with absolutely abysmal communication and gave the sense they don’t care about customers. I ended up purchasing the vehicle solely because of how much I liked the vehicle and now wish I hadn’t. It’s now passed the 14 days of the return window ( seems 100% intentional on their end). I have reached out 3 times about an issue with grinding and a leaking moon roof. And to no surprise zero communication from them. Was told I’d hear back twice and haven’t heard back. I Have sent a follow up email. Even called and the managers voicemail was full so you can’t leave a message. Will never purchase a vehicle here again and hope people read this for fair warning More
Rowe Ford Westbrook intentionally damaged my transmission between Oct 9th and Oct 30th, 2024. They have failed to offer any truthful rebuttal of the facts of the case and have refused to have any meaningful discussion or effort to resolve the case. In my opinion this occurred because of a toxic environment created by the management and ownership of Rowe Ford. More
