I had to get an inspection sticker and this dealership called to schedule one given that we have had any/all work done here in the past two years. They said my tinted windows measured 31 instead of the l called to schedule one given that we have had any/all work done here in the past two years. They said my tinted windows measured 31 instead of the legal limit of 35. Who knew? So, they told me to bring it to an auto body shop to have it tested and get a "certificate" if it passed. Funny thing was, this same place inspected the same car last year and never said a word about the tint. We bought it brand new in a different state. And, the auto body place said it was 33 and there is a margin of 2, so I got the darn certificate. I go back to the dealership and have to wait for a technician to be available because the two clerks didn't like the way I came in and handed them the "certificate" and complained about having to waste $45 when clearly their equipment is not working properly. Thus, the manager comes out to give me proof of the law and says that since he is the new Mgr, things are done by the book now. HUH? Last year, I guess not so much. When I ask why I wasn't told I had to bring the certificate, he says it is my vehicle and should know the laws. WOW. I'll never go back there again- EVER. Nor will I buy a HYUNDAI. More

Yesterday I bought my 2nd Hyundai from James Morin at Rowe in Auburn, ME! Both times I have been, I’ve had a great experience! I also brought my mom there to get her Hyundai from James, & my husband will Rowe in Auburn, ME! Both times I have been, I’ve had a great experience! I also brought my mom there to get her Hyundai from James, & my husband will be getting his next vehicle there when the time comes. I have bought many vehicles from several dealerships, & never had as good of an experience as I have at Rowe Hyundai in Auburn! I can’t recommend them and James highly enough!!! More

We went to the dealership and test drove a vehicle. The experience started off great. Once we researched the vehicle we found the the same vehicle same or less mileage was thousands cheaper. We spoke with our sales representative who had his manager only want to meet us “halfway “. The sales representative then told us that this vehicle had been there for 71 days and until it is there for longer they will not go any lower. At that point is when he started to make us feel like we didn’t matter. We had CASH in hand to buy this vehicle. When we got home I called the General Sales Manager who also did not want to give us the time of day. We will absolutely NEVER buy a vehicle from Rowe! They do not make you feel like you are appreciated. More
I ordered tires through “Quick Lane Tires”, for $1200. 00. They are by definition, not quick nor do they have tires. When the tires came in they wanted me to drop my car off and leave it. I scheduled a 2014 Ford Flex for the 7th and 8th of june. On the 8th I called for the progress on the car. I was told it would not be even started until Monday the 12th. This situation is untenable.
