Went to look, drove it home A coworker convinced me to speak with the staff of Route 60 after purchasing several cars there; I was looking to move from a small car to something m A coworker convinced me to speak with the staff of Route 60 after purchasing several cars there; I was looking to move from a small car to something more comfortable. The Santa Fe Sport seemed a good fit but I was worried it wasn't enough of an increase to escape the small car feel. When we arrived I was introduced to Monique who led me to a Platinum Graphite Santa Fe Sport 2.0T. A quick tour around the vehicle and I was ready to acknowledge the Sport tag, aggressive looks but done with taste. Inside the cabin the sport vein continued while being paired with luxury in leather, fully electronic driver's seating and many extras I wanted. It definitely feels nothing like a small car, with a smooth and quiet ride. That 2.0T is real too, great acceleration and enough torque to squeal the tires. After the test drive I was introduced to Mike, who promised to get me the best deal possible. I'd say he did, I drive the car home as the new owner and am very happy with the decision and purchase. Overall Experience with this dealership. I have bought/leased six Hyundais and really like them. My Sonata has a better ride than a Toyota Camry, which I also owned. I recently had a blow-out in Orlando and called Tony, gave him my tire size and upon returning to Vero Beach, he got my car right in and fixed immediately. Thank goodness I had the extra protection as I didn't have to pull any cash out of my pocket. Last August,when I leased my 2014 Sonata, I had an issue with Hyundai not paying off my SCCU loan in a timely manner and the credit union hit my savings account big time. I brought all my documentation to Eric and expected reimbursement in a timely manner. That timely manner was three hours!!! On the down side, it was a shame to hear from Space Coast Credit Union that Hyundai is the worst dealership in the area when it comes to paying off loans. This needs to be fixed. You are a great dealership but hearing this kind of feedback hurts your reputation. More

I have had service done here on my prior Hyundai and was impressed by how they got to know me when I came in for service. Always welcoming and prompt. The service mgr Frank, at the time always greeted me by name or went out of his way to say hi even if he wasn't my adviser. That is why I decided to purchase there. Thats when we met Vicki our sales person who alike all others there made me feel at home no pressure sales at all. Process was so simple and problem free. Now when I am there for service even Vicki comes out and greets me with a friendly smile. She too knows and remembers me. This never happened at any other dealer I ever purchased a vehichle from. Once purchase was complete they didn't know me I was forgotten except for generic emails or mailings to come back and buy a new car. Route 60 has far exceeded customer service expectations I could possibly expect. More
