Excellent, quick, professional, friendly. I went into Route 46 Nissan today to buy a 2014 Nissan Sentra. I had already done online research and came with my own financing and a PricePromise from Edmunds.com. I was in and out the dealership in 2.5 hours - really, everything. Everyone was so professional and friendly. Rob White took me out to the exact car I had selected online; we went on a test drive (and he bore with my terrible driving - it's been a while, I'm from NYC), then took me back inside for the paperwork. They were able to beat the financing I had already come with. Everyone tells horror stories about F&I at other places; I'm pleased to say that was NOT my experience. The finance officer walked me through every charge on my account and didn't push me to buy anything extra. Then Rob went through each and every feature of my new car with me, showing me how to work all of the important components. They even gave me a full tank of gas! Seriously, this is an amazing dealership that is really all about making the customer feel right and happy! More

DO not BUY from SCAM dishonest company My wife and I called the dealership to ask about a vehicle they had listed for sale online. After 3 or 4 phone calls to confirm the Price / Availabili My wife and I called the dealership to ask about a vehicle they had listed for sale online. After 3 or 4 phone calls to confirm the Price / Availability and when to come for an appointment were we on our way. After a 40 min drive we arrived and were told the sales man was unavailable and some one else would be helping us. I showed the print out from on-line of the vehicle. The salesman located the car and we were told he could not locate a dealer plate so we could only drive it around the lot. Once the test drive was complete we wet back in . The salesman THEN looked up the price of the car and realized that it was listed at to low of a price according to car fax.. ALL of a sudden the price went up $3000. We asked why, we were told it was that the advertized price was with multiple rebates. Rebated I add that were not even applicable for a used car. The Bait and switch and SCAM could of been avoided if the sales staff were honest and told us the correct price before we made the trip down. Waste of my time and This dealership deserves to go out of business for its unethical business practices. More
