Aweful - felt like they were playing games with me After finding a vehicle online, I contact the dealer to see if it was available. I was told it was and that I could come and see it. When we got to the delearship - the car had been sold 10 minutes earlier. Three days later, we found another vehicle and I called again to make sure the car was available, I was told it was and we set off again to dealership to take a look at the car, when we got there we were told by Mr. Bastardo that he had good news and bad news - the good news was that the car was still available, the bad news was that the car was in the service shop and someone had taken the keys home so we couldn't look at it. He told us to come back the following afternoon. I tried several time to call Mr. Bastardo to confirm and all I got was voicemail. I then called and spoke with someone else who assured me that car was there, and they had the key and we could come and see the car. We proceeded to the dealership only to arrive and have Mr. Bastardo say, " I don't know where it went, it was here 10 minutes ago." I must admit, we lost our patience and took off. A simple "the car is no longer available would have been acceptable, making us waste or time and travelling needless back and forth - NOT COOL. Will never be back again! My time is just as valuable as theirs! More

The new Murano caught my eye, but it was right next to a new 2014. I liked the 2014 better than the new version, and my salesman Rob Scott was thorough in explaining the incentives that were available on the 2014 version. I enjoyed all of the sales interaction I had with Rob. He did not rush or make me feel pressured in any way. It was a pleasure dealing with him. He worked with me to find just the right Murano. The Nissan survey did not reflect my actual dealing and interaction with Rob - he was one of the best car salesmen I have ever dealt with. If you are looking for a car, I highly recommend seeking out Rob Scott. I love my Murano! More

The Best Customer Service and The Best Dealership! I came in to have my car serviced and ventured over to the sales area and had the pleasure of speaking to Richie Catalano and Brett. After reviewing my options, I decided the best avenue to go was to get a new Nissan Altima. Both Ritchie and Brett were fantastic and patient as I went back and forth trying to decide the color, type, options, etc. They were sensitive to my financial situation and understood that I needed to stay within my budget and gave me the best deal that I could afford. This is my forth Nissan and not only will I be coming back to that dealership but I will not deal with anyone else except Ritchie Catalano and Brett! But when it came to the price listed. I was informed it was 3000 dollars more due to a incentive program. I was not informed of this and I feel it was a trick to get me in to the delership I not only wasted time but toll money and gas. I lease a 2014 Sentra now and it's not my first.
