My sales representative Marques Van Allen wasn't pushy in the least. He listened attentively to my needs and offered the best possible options and rates to meet my needs. I had never considered a Nissan for myself, but the Altima SL, fully loaded, fulfilled my desire for a luxurious car. Marques drove 1 hour to pick me up and 1 hour to bring me to the dealership once my decision was made. It was the last few days of the month and that's their time to make their quota, but he took his time (another hour) to ensure I had been well taken care of. He did not blow me off to make another sale. He made my experience feel as though I was priority number one regardless of losing a sale to a fellow salesperson. He made sure I was 100% satisfied with my new lease. The entire dealership (sales, service, etcetera) was incredibly nice and went beyond my expectations. I expect the very best since I work hard for my money. With that in mind, I HIGHLY recommend THIS dealership Nissan route 46 to anyone and everyone looking for the finest service on every level. Ask for Marques Van Allen and tell him Sandy G. sent you. He'll be more than helpful to answer all of your questions, and not "push" you into getting something you don't want. He was a kind of salesperson who understands that a deals sealed when both parties profit. he understood what my requirement was, how much i can afford and based on those he arrived at a number that was pretty close to what i had in mind. leased a car still regretting due to unpleasant experience Found lease "specials" on their website on 3 models and took the print outs to the dealership where I was greeted by Tom. Sat down with him and showed him the print out for 2014 Nissan Sentra, $0 down, $59/month for 36 months. First words out of his mouth, "we dont have anymore 2014s left". Next sentence, "this deal is STUPID". What a way to represent your company by bashing the deal it puts out, they should be proud to have him represent their dealership. Next, we somehow did a test drive in a 2014 Nissan Sentra. So now all of a sudden they have a 2014 Nissan Sentra sitting around the dealership. We drive to their lot behind Best Buy and he tells me to pick out a new 2015 Nissan Sentra. I tell him softly, "for what? I asked you to work up the deal for 2014", he replies with an attitude, "ok fine lets go back". We drive back, sit down at his desk, he once again looks at the print out and says "this deal is really STUPID". What a professional way to convince me or anybody without providing any type of numbers or reasons that the deal in the print out is actually not a good deal. Then he argued with me on the residual value. I stated that around 60% residual value is a good deal when he firmly claimed, without looking into it "All cars have residual value between 52-54%, no car is more than that" at which I laughed because I knew that he was COMPLETELY WRONG. Later, I asked the sales manager (not sure of his name but pleasant to deal with) for the residual value since Mr Tom has NO IDEA what he's talking about, he came back with residual value of "58%" for the 2015 Sentra. Just goes to show you that Mr Tom just throws out numbers and assumptions and that he has no idea what he's talking about and is incompetent. So then I agreed on some numbers and sales manager and Mr Tom went to "talk" to the big boss. Mr Tom comes back and congratulates me and tells me that "it was difficult but he fought hard to get the deal for me". what he failed to realize that I SAW him standing around by the offices smiling/chuckling and doing absolutely nothing instead of "fighting hard to get me a deal", what a clown. I should've just walked out of there right then. But that was def ONE of my MANY mistakes I made that day so Ill own up and take partial blame. At the end I am walked out of there after 4-5 hours filled with making mistakes and a leased 2015 Nissan Sentra. More

When we arrived we were lucky enough to deal with Jason Patterson. He was incredibly helpful, patient, and funny. He went out of his way to make sure we got an amazing car that fit out budget. He and Wagner, from the finance division, worked very hard to make sure we drove off with a new car and smiles on our faces. I cant recommend this place enough. Thanks for the lesson learned I have been thinking for over two months on how my complaints would be the most effective. I bought a new SUV back in February and the experience was I have been thinking for over two months on how my complaints would be the most effective. I bought a new SUV back in February and the experience was that of many other one star reviews. Complaining to this dealership is useless; they have been swindling people for so long that they have mastered not to leave a paper trail. So the following steps are for the unsuspected customer to not get tricked. If you have to get your vehicle from Rt 46 Nissan because of color or features, I understand. Now you find the color and features you want through there computer and if it’s in stock you have to go look at it. Okay, step one: The new vehicles are not kept on the main lot so they drive you 20 minuets down the road behind best buy. When you are checking out the vehicle, take a picture of the window sticker. You will need the picture later on during financing. Now your back at the salesman’s desk and here is where everyone dreads the back and for. The salesman uses a little piece of scrap to write down the price you want then the counter offer and so on. Here is where you have to pay attention. Make sure that your agreed upon price for purchasing the new vehicle and if trading-in are correct on that scrap paper. Make your salesman circle and sign the prices you agreed to. Ask for a photocopy of that scrap paper. Now to financing, this is where you will need that picture you took of the window sticker. When they print out the paper work you will have to ask for the print out of the itemized break down on how the came to the selling price. They won’t just give it to you because this is where they hide costs. Compare the itemized break down to the picture of the window sticker to make sure you’re not double paying for things like the destination charge or getting charged for things you don’t have like window etching. Also double check your photocopy of the scrap paper to make sure they match. If my review helps only a handful of people, it still means that this dealership did rip them off. PS. To the customer service rep (Mrs T.F.) don’t bother commenting with a reply because you were no help either. I only get fooled once, and hold a grudge forever. Thanks for the lesson learned More
