Serivce Department Worst I've ever delt with!!!! First and last time I will ever bring my car to this dealership for servicing. My new Altima Coupe was having radio trouble so I went to the service First and last time I will ever bring my car to this dealership for servicing. My new Altima Coupe was having radio trouble so I went to the service department on Monday July 27th and was told they needed to order a part. This would take 2 days to receive and I would get a call. 6 DAYS later I called them to find out the part was in the day before. I schedule my car for service today and was told when making the appt, that if it took longer then 1 hour, I would get a loaner. NO LOANER as they said it would take 1 hour. Funny though, the representative didn't even know what I was bringing my car in for, he asked me instead of checking the account himself. Today, after being there for 2 hours, I approached customer service, to find the gentleman relaxing and eating watermelon, only to be informed m they need to order another part and when I asked why wasn't this done before, I was told NISSAN DOES ONE PART AT A TIME!!! NEVER IN MY LIFE HAVE I HAD TO GO THROUGH THIS AND I'VE HAD MORE THEN SEVERAL LEASES THROUGHT MY LIFE. STAY AWARY FROM NISSAN 46 IN TOTOWA. THEY DO NOT KNOW WHAT THEY ARE DOING AND NEITHER DOES SERVICE. More

If you Smart you wouldn't buy - If you dumb then buy ! I was interested / ready to buy w/ no finance needed in the least expensive nissan line-up . salesman Jason said he can help us - he ask us , we did I was interested / ready to buy w/ no finance needed in the least expensive nissan line-up . salesman Jason said he can help us - he ask us , we didn't ask for him ! when he found out we were interested in the Versa he was not too enthusiastic on working w/ us no more as from my experience is a small commission for him . he was lazy - not motivated at all , didn't know how to treat / respect a potential customer concern. walk away from the desk several times without saying a word - just going thru the motion as to kill the minutes away. not a problem w/ us as a former salesman myself knowing is small commission would not be worth the time / effort on a inexpensive vehicle. we purchase from Eastern Nissan Englewood Cliffs N.J. w/ no hassle. so if you don't mind spending lots of money without shopping around then buy a car from Jason otherwise don't go to him ! better yet don't go Nissan 46 Totowa N.J. Bad customer service This dealerships is the biggest set of liars. Sales department and service department. I purchased a vehicle and at test drive, the salesman had the music up so loud that I didn't discover the problem until I left to go home. Call them the same day and told me to bring it in on Monday because I buy on a Saturday near closing time. Brought the vehicle in on Monday, the salesman took the car to the service area where the service man said I will have to make an appointment to fix the noise. Before I came to the dealer, I called and they said that it would be resolved the same day. I work in new York and live in new York. Monday was the first day on the job and I had to leave because of route 46 Nissan dealership dishonesty and unethical behavior. Now the service man came and tells me it's going to take a few hours due to a brakes problem. SERIOUSLY! All lies. I know a bit about mechanics and I know alot about fixing brakes. It don't take no more than 30 mins-1 hour to fix one brake. So what ever is going on with this so called vehicle is much more than a brake problem. All lies. DON'T BUY HERE UNLESS YOUR BUYING A BRAND NEW VEHICLE. THEY ARE NOT HONEST, ONLY WHEN YOU TAKE OUT YOUR CARD. AFTER YOUR CARD GOES BACK IN YOUR POCKET ITS LIKE THEY DON'T CARE ANY MORE. Edwin Ortiz Is The Man! Walked out of Paul Miller Honda, with hopes of getting in a Pilot, and was very discouraged. On the way home my wife said, let's just stop at 46 Nissa Walked out of Paul Miller Honda, with hopes of getting in a Pilot, and was very discouraged.
