Best Car Buying Experience Ever!!! Nancy Segui and Michael Cibellis (Sales Director) have been the main reason why we are coming back to this dealership again and again. Recently, I brought my in-laws to re-lease another Altima (2016 model) when their 2013 Altima lease just ended and once again, Nancy and Michael provided us with great car shopping experiences and my in-laws were able to drive out with a brand new 2016 Altima within a few hours. Nancy S. always considered customer satisfactions as her #1 goal and she did her best to satisfy my in-laws' needs during the sales process. Nancy & Michael, thank you so much for all your help. You guys are AWESOME!!! More
Buyer beware . Brutal experience with the service department as they attempted to charge me $1,300 for just a power steering pump and hose. Ran the exact same job . Brutal experience with the service department as they attempted to charge me $1,300 for just a power steering pump and hose. Ran the exact same job against 3 other mechanics (including a friend that works at another Nissan dealership) and was told I was being overcharged by over $500. When I told 46 Nissan I would't be following through with them on the job, I was charged a $171 "diagnostic fee". So essentially they overcharge you and then assume that you'll just pay because you're already in for this ridiculous fee. When I challenged them on the fee, I just got a shrug. I decided to pay it and get serviced elsewhere and I'm still saving hundreds of dollars by not getting serviced here. I highly recommend doing your research elsewhere before considering this dealership for service. More

HORRIBLE TREATMENT I had gone to this dealership twice. I had met with salesman Robert Scott. He was pleasant at this point. I was not impressed at all with the fact t I had gone to this dealership twice. I had met with salesman Robert Scott. He was pleasant at this point. I was not impressed at all with the fact that their computers are horrible. They freeze up and can't even print anything. Secondly, they push and push for what they want and don't listen to what I want. They didn't even try to find anything that I was looking for in their entire dealership. The second time I went in I brought a male friend that knew my entire situation. What I was looking for, what I was willing to pay, my credit issue and that I was paying cash. I dealt with Robert Scott again. His demeanor towards me had changed. He knew I was going to be paying cash. He was not at all friendly and seemed to have an attitude with us. I had the print out of the vehicle I was interested in with me. After checking the vehicle out we decided to make an offer. Mr. Scott even had the audacity to tell us that it didn't matter what I paid he was only going to make X amount of dollars on this sale. So not only did they not want to accept my offer (no problem let's negotiate here) they didn't even want to come back with a counter offer/no negotiation. The finance guy came over and basically sent us on our way. They didn't even try to see if there may be another vehicle that would interest me at all in my price range. If they had actually talked to me they would have realized I was willing to pay more than that original offer. I absolutely would never recommend this dealership. If you are going to pay cash definitely stay away. You will be treated horribly. They will also had their people listening to what my friend and I were talking about. We were never alone to discuss anything privately. I have never in my life been treated so unprofessionally by sales people More

Excellent Experience I went in to shop after being at 2 other Nissan dealerships for a new 2015 Pathfinder. After meeting Richard he listened and understood the exact mode I went in to shop after being at 2 other Nissan dealerships for a new 2015 Pathfinder. After meeting Richard he listened and understood the exact model and options I wanted (which can be a monumental challenge). Richard as well as Robert Scott (sales Rep)- delivered and made buying my new Pathfinder a smooth fast and easy process. Darren in finance also made the last part of the purchase easy.
