WORST EXPERIENCE OF MY LIFE What an absolutely horrible experience. Had the salesman literally take the phone from my hands and give himself a 5 star review with the comment you What an absolutely horrible experience. Had the salesman literally take the phone from my hands and give himself a 5 star review with the comment you see at the bottom of this post. I wish that was the worst part of this story, but it isn't. Somehow bamboozled me into buying a car without knowing my monthly payments OR interest rate. They BOTH wound up being WAY ABOVE the numbers we had discussed. Left the dealership in a new car feeling confused and taken advantage of and without a single piece of paperwork, was told the paperwork would be overnighted the next day. No one ever told me the total price of the car, what discounts I was being given ("black friday deals") what my trade in was worth, NOTHING. ALSO PROMISED ME FREE UPGRADE TO REMOTE START (remember this fact.) The next day I noticed a flaw in the paint job. Completely smooth to the touch, NOT A SCRATCH. Messed up paint job. Sent a photo to the salesman, and he told me to come in Friday to have it looked at and repaired. Friday I ask him what time I should stop by, he tells me to go on Monday instead. Saturday and Sunday I send multiple messages asking what time for Monday, and receive NO response. Monday (today) I drove to the dealer and ask to speak to a manager. Expressed my dissatisfaction with Edwin (the salesman): never received ANY paperwork on "my car," flaw in the paint job, and want my promised remote start. They inform me that Edwin no longer works there so basically I'm xxxxed. I am BEYOND livid with this place. They won't do the remote start as PROMISED in my "negotiation," they're claiming they will take care of the paint job but wouldn't do it today and said I need to schedule it (we shall see,) I had to REDO most of my paperwork. PLEASE IF YOU ARE A YOUNG LADY, DO NOT GO HERE ALONE TO BUY A CAR, YOU WILL BE TAKEN ADVANTAGE OF AND GIVEN THE RUN AROUND. What an absolute nightmare, bought my first car at Route 17 Nissan and had a MUCH more pleasant experience there. DEALERS SELF POSTING FROM MY PHONE: "Just had an incredible experience at 46 Nissan.
