Generally it was a great buying experience with very little inconvenience. Customer Service was great with next to no pressure on buying the 2012 Nissan Maxima fully loaded. As a woman, I generally hate dealing with car dealerships. Salesmen are always pushy and presumptuous, even a bit rude. This time, however, was actually a great experience. A nightmare. Repair Issue.. 1 year ago my truck was towed into Nissan because of my vehicle shutting off while I was driving it on the highway. I was told 3 different things on 3 occasions what was suppose into Nissan because of my vehicle shutting off while I was driving it on the highway. I was told 3 different things on 3 occasions what was suppose to be the issue with the truck. Each time I requested that my vehicle be repaired and to notify me when to pick it up. This was July 2010. As of today I haven?t got my vehicle. When I call to inquire I?m on hold for long periods of time and then the phone dis connects. I spoke to the manager (Phil Mastellone) on several occasions in which he assured me my vehicle would be repaired. More

My Original trade was $11,500 and the amount owe on the 2005 nissan pathfinder was $7,000 the left me with $4500.00 plus I put down $2,500 a total of $7,000. This is the second car I lease from Nissan 46 and Rick has been my salesman, he was really helpful with my new lease, lowered my payments by $84.00 from my last lease. We found on less of a car we were quoted over $100.00 per month more than we found the same car with all the options we wanted. They tried pushing what they had in stock! After buying 4 consecutive cars from month more than we found the same car with all the options we wanted. They tried pushing what they had in stock! After buying 4 consecutive cars from this dealer we felt there was no loyalty on their part. We will NEVER shop here again. Although we have named the sales rep we felt management was to blame for this awful experience. We were so turned off that we decided to leave Nissan forever. We gave Meadowlands Nissan a chance and they were absolutely great across the board. We bought a Nissan at Meadowlands, got a loaded car for $100.00 per month less! More
DO NOT USE Rte 46 NISSAN EVER!!!! You've heard of the expression "Like a used car salesman". Theses 2 guys are the poster boys! George Mack and Adam (Mgr)were like vultures on roadkill when my wife wal expression "Like a used car salesman". Theses 2 guys are the poster boys! George Mack and Adam (Mgr)were like vultures on roadkill when my wife walked in to view a car. Lead Vulture: First, George ran a completely unauthorized credit check on her without her consent, totally illegal in NJ. Second, instead of negotiating the list price lower, which is what you expect to do, he tried to negotiate it HIGHER claiming that some features were not priced into the internet price. When questioned he said "read the fine print" which never mentioned that they could increase their price! Go figure! My wife liked the car and wanted to discuss with me, of course, before committing any money or intent of a deal. Then, vulture 2 Adam the manager, stepped in and both of them attacked her and questioned her on why she needed to talk to her husband? They pressured her to put money down and basically used the assumptive close that the deal was done. V1 also "assumed" we would but the car that night for $3,000 more than advertised!!! They screwed up and we pay for it? When I called them after she came home it was like they were dodging bullets! Neither had time to speak, could not verify VIN# and when I asked why the price was higher I got the "Fine print" speech. If you need to read fine print on a webstite for pricing and get cornered to buy you know to stay away! RUN FROM THEM!!!! More
