True Con Artist, Went to by a Nissan Maurano on October 2010, They presented a nice 2007 Maurano for $19,000. I asked them for a car fax which they provided, car fax was CLEAN, No accidents no records. Her 2010, They presented a nice 2007 Maurano for $19,000. Here comes the surprise, went to my mechanic for oil change then he told that this car was involved in an accident! I immediately purchased a car fax and VOILA, the car had a major accident and 46 AUTO Mall FORGED the car fax! When I went back, I was told the sales person did it and he was fired! guess what, TONY (the sales person) Still work there! They were all on it! More
This was the WORST car dealer experience ever! STAY AWAY! The General Sales Manager is an absolute CROOK who has no idea what customer service means. He is demeaning, rude and unreasonable. He made us turn in our leased Nissan 2 months early promissing a good deal on an new car, and said the new car will be available two days later. He sold our leased car immediately and gave us a loaner. Two days later when the new car deal fell through since they did not have the car we were promissed, he refused to refund us any money, refused to make the last lease payments on the old car as he was supposed to and demanded his loaner back as well...So we were left stranded there...no new car and the old one was gone!!! Avoid this dealer at all cost! More
The salesman was pushy, and I was not completely satisfied. However, after being to so many dealerships in the area, I was exhausted with all the haggling and negotiating. DOLLARS ,WORKING WITH MY SALESMAN HE AND A FEW IN JERSEY I'D ENDED UP AT RT 46 NISSAN AUTOMALL I FOUND A MUCH BETTER DEAL WHICH SAVED ME OVER 1,000. DOLLARS ,WORKING WITH MY SALESMAN HE WAS ABLE TO GET ME THE CAR I WANTED AND THE COLOR AND I WAS ABLE TO DRIVE MY NEW CAR HOME THE SAME DAY. THE DEAL WENT SO SMOOTH AND I DIDNT FELL PRESSURED. I am a customer of Nissan 46, where I purchased a used vehicle. They provided me with a falsified vehicle history report where they removed information about a very serious previous accident. They also added fees on my bill that weren't appropriate and engaged in a series of illegal and fraudulent behavior. Reading other entries on this site, it appears that that is a consistent pattern of behavior at the dealership. I am investigating potential legal and regulatory action. I had a 6 month left on my '08 Altima lease. My brother received an email ad from Route 46 with insane deal on '10 models. I'm 25 professional accountant, my brother is 21 senior in business school. The car is in our dad's name since he has a better credit rating - damn you college loans! First we went to Meadowlands Nissan since they are closer and I've leased my Altima from them. We test drove the Maxima we liked and after initial numbers game we showed them Route 46 advertisement which Meadowlands pretty much matched if you consider the difference between advertisement and reality. So we had everything set up and just needed my dad's signature. However since he was at work and we had another two hours or so we decided to go to Route 46 - it was their advertisement and we wanted to see if they could beat Meadowlands offer. We were greeted by Raymond. From the get go he treated us like two ten year olds wasting his time and not knowing what we were talking about. After we showed him that we know the game and we have a good offer from Meadowlands he went to talk to the manager. He came back in several minutes and said that they have an even better deal and he needs to talk to our dad to run the credit card. In the mean while, he suggested, why don't we go to Sonyc to get something to eat. We let it slide since our dad was 5 minutes away and good offer is a good offer. So our dad arrives. Raymond and manager Dave (short, black hair looks like he's always on some drugs) sit down with us and start the whole numbers game all over again like I did not spend an hour with Raymond and we did not have an offer from Meadowlands. Our work with them ended with Dave said that their ad was just a bait and who would even believe ads like that. And Raymond was standing next to him with a cup of water and straight out laughing at us saying that why did we come here and didn't buy the car at Meadowlands. And if we wanted to purchase BMW or Mecredes for the same price. Long story short - I am driving now a '10 Maxima SV for the same down payment I paid for '08 Altima and just $10 a month more. Meadowlands sold another car and Route 46 lost another loyal Nissan customer (that's our 4th nissan car). More

I went to AutoMalp 46 to look for 2010 Nissan Rogue on July 24, 2010. A salewomen is very nice. Her name is Madeline. She helps me to choose the car and discuss the prices with me. But her manager is nasty, unfriendly, unprofessional and a**hole. He did not respect his customer as me and use un-professional language. The owner of AutoMall 46 should remove him from his manager position, if not they will loose their customers. I have very terrify experiences at AutoMall 46 to deal with the unprofessional manager.
