We drove 3 hrs to this dealership because we were informed of the price of a car we had been searching for. This text thread is attached and it appears we spoke to a Terrence. We then confirmed this with a Kristen over the phone explaining we are driving three hours from 17013 to this dealership to buy the car. When we got there, they ran a credit check on my file and after hearing that we wanted to do 0% apr for 36 months as stated on the Nissan website, they refused to give us this offer and insisted we pay $3k on top. They then gave us a choice of either paying $3k or choosing 1.9% apr but illegally denied me the choice of 0% apr. I was denied to buy in full too. I am reporting this because I was denied a legal advertised Nissan offer after they ran a credit check. I met initially with salesman Rick who then referred me to the manager Skylar, who then involved a senior manager Tauseef. Both Skylar and Tauseef denied me my financial legal rights of an advertised Nissan offer. More
I had a great experience with George McMickle and Bernard Birch. I went in after seeing a car online and took it for a test drive. This dealership is very misleading and not customer friend. They clearly make it know that they only car about maximizing their profits by any means necessary. They present customers with the worst fin friend. They clearly make it know that they only car about maximizing their profits by any means necessary. They present customers with the worst financing terms. They will not allow you to purchase a car unless you negotiate a price for the extended warranty. Finally, they will not a let you pay for the car completely in cash because they want you to finance and add money to their profits. Also, they will try to force you to use Nissan financial. They aren't really trying to help you. Please avoid this dealership and any other dealership that may operate like this. Do not allow them to sell you anything. Just walk and out and find a dealership that will treat you like a person. Please do your research before you step into these dealerships. They do not really have your best interests in mind. More
