The pre-owned 2013 car that I had researched online was available here (I saw it on their website), and was below the Kelley BB price, so thankfully I The pre-owned 2013 car that I had researched online was available here (I saw it on their website), and was below the Kelley BB price, so thankfully I did not need to go through the unpleasant experience of quibbling about the cost. It was a fair price right from the start. Patrick Healy my sales guy was efficient, readily available and helpful when I called with questions, treated us with friendly respect, and did not apply pressure to close this end-of-the-month sale. I do not live in the area (but work nearby), which created a few special needs, and these were readily taken into consideration. The car was clean and well prepared, and gives as much as 55 mpg on my long daily commute (very impressive for a non-hybrid - these CVT's are great). The plates from my trade-in got lost somehow, as did the CDs which they retrieved for me when I realized I had forgotten to remove them (but was too far away to turn around and go back), but things like that happen, so overall I am still giving five stars for my experience with Route 23 Honda in Pompton Plains. (:-D) More
