He was helpful, pleasant, understanding and patient. Most of all he was not a "pushy" or "annoying" individual who followed you all around the lot as you were trying to look at the cars! I have been known to walk out of a few dealerships due to this type of behavior. However, he was always readily available for any questions or concerns. The car I wanted was not on their lot but Mr. Oswald went the extra mile to locate the car I was looking for. I am now enjoying my new Honda! This dealership is a pleasure to do business with. I also had the opportunity to talk to other staff members (a manager and finance officer) and they were also helpful and pleasant. I would recommend Route 23 Honda to anyone.
