My opinion changed almost instantly the moment I was greeted by Jay Vargas. From the moment I stepped on the lot, it felt as if I had a personal concierge ready to attend to my car buying experience. He took the time to get me acquainted with the dealership, offered me refreshments and really showed me he wasn't just looking to make a sale off of me. After getting the opportunity to get to know each other for a bit, he made the transition into meeting my car buying needs seamless. I eventually was fortune enough to get what I felt was a stellar deal on an Accord Hybrid. Jay walked me through the vehicle features and what I should expect should something go south. He even offered up his own service and assured me he'd get me to the right place if needed. If the vehicle works as well as its employees, Honda has a customer for life.
