Just completed my third lease with this dealership, and each experience was better than the last. My salesman, Ron Siegel, is exactly who you want to lease a car from. I felt like I was chatting with an old friend rather than a cut-throat sales person....highly recommend! He made a typically tense experience pleasant and easy. He was totally knowledgeable each step of the process, and he worked hard to get me into the vehicle at the $$$ I expected. Thanks Ron! More

This Honda Dealership still has the slickness to it, but its executed in a personable atmosphere which was magnified by both Nick and Linda with whom I had contact with throughout the car searching process. When it came to looking for the car that I wanted I reached out to this dealership through KBB and was instantly emailed and called 10 minutes later by Linda, she made me less anxious about the process as she was more than willing to direct and send me information in regards to vehicle I was pursuing, she literally emailed me 3 days in a row and I appreciate the dedication for acquiring the sale. She even set up my test drive. After coming to the dealership and getting to meet her in person she then handed me off to Nick who did the rest of the ground work. Nick is the professional and ideal salesmen as he has that campy car salesmen look to him, but once you get to speak to him you can tell he's dedicated to making the customer happy as he made the sale more personable and more commending, talking about his family, recommending to look at different models, and even giving me a funny nickname. My initial visit I did only due diligence and no sale was made, but when I returned the 2nd time I found out the car (Civic Hatch Sport) I wanted was sold out. Nick then suggested the 2017 Civic Hatch EX, which is the same build as the car I wanted but had more features at a better deal. The initial lease offer was much higher than I expected. After some hard nosed negotiations between my father and Nick and the sales manager, the price was dropped to an agreeable one and the deal was made. Nick showed the uptmost respect and understandment of the financial situation at hand and I couldn't be more satisfied with how he handled the sale. Overall, the experience was efficient and for the most part simple. As long as you know what you want, this dealership will fairly take care of your needs. More

I forwarded a full out of door price with fees and she assured me that they will give me $300 off that amount. I came only to be told that they will only slash off the $300 from the car price only and added more money on the other dealer's fees coz they have different fees making the total price higher than the price they were trying to match and insisted that VIN etching is not optional when it is! I insisted about my phone conversation with Chelsea but the manager shot me down telling me it was not written down and it was wrong info. The will not honor that. When i insisted on my price within 8 mins from when they counter offered, they told me they cannot and told me that they have other customers waiting! Very rude. Good I did not have to waste more time there. I know i was wearing cut offs and plain t-shirt and did not look like i can afford it. I went to garden state honda who gave an even lower price and a whooping 2.89% finanacing rate which was even better than my bank's 3.09% and drove home with my new crv that same day . Stay away from this dealership, I did sales too and understand upselling and all but there is no need to lie more over be rude! More

Outstanding experience from beginning to end I was in the market for a new Accord, came in to Rt 23 Honda after work. Richard (the sales consultant) took me right away, asked me what I wanted, sh I was in the market for a new Accord, came in to Rt 23 Honda after work. Richard (the sales consultant) took me right away, asked me what I wanted, showed me the car I was interested in. He was very patient and informative. When it was time to talk to the manager, Dimitri made it so easy, I've never had an experience talking about money as painless as it was with Dimitri. The price was absolutely right. Chris, the finance guy. had all the paperwork ready and explained every paper I signed in details. Everything that was promised, was delivered. I've bought cars before, but this experience was so quick and painless that it's hard to bit. I would definitely recommend it to all my friends and family. More

Andy was there to guide us through the required paperwork, and Naldo was very efficient with her responsibilities, and had a response for all our questions. More

New management out for a fast buck. This dealership is over a half hour from my home, but I started going there because it had more reasonable prices than other local dealers. I found the waiting room comfortable and liked that they had a fancy coffee machine that gave lattes. But they must have changed management, because they are now using all the typical scams of a sleazy dealer. Some of the scams include: Outrageous prices, like $320 for a 45,000 mile service that Joyce Honda charges $200 for. The cabin filter scam, bringing you a dirty cabin filter and asking you to pay $80 to replace a cabin filter that you can buy on the Internet for $8 and replace yourself in two minutes. The sleazy upsell, recommending $1000 worth of service every time you go. The 3,000 mile or three month service sticker scam, suggesting that you come in for service far more often than the manufacturer recommended service interval. Be careful reading reviews and make certain they are recent, not from the previous management. Oh, the fancy coffee machine has been replaced by a Keurig. More
