At this point I CANNOT DRIVE MY NEW CAR because my temporary plate is now expired and they don’t know when my actual plate is coming in. Its been 2 weeks since my temp plates expired and IM PAYING FOR A CAR THAT I CANNOT LEGALLY DRICE DUE TO THEIR POOR PAPERWORK DEPT. Their solution was a loaner car for me although it’s ILLEGAL for me to drive an unlicensed vehicle to go pick it up. The manager refused to deliver one to me so it’s a pointless solution. Performance auto group is a joke, they're more interested in their greasy suits than actually sending in your paperwork.once you're out the door here they screw you. But yes they're nice while they screw you over. More

I had not bought a new car for 13 years and the new ones had so many features that I did not understand at all that I was very uncomfortable trying to make the right decisions. Yaik patiently answered all my questions and explained how various options would work. He guided me through the whole process and worked hard to get me the model and color I wanted. When I picked it up he made sure everything was set up the way I wanted it to be.
