He did not pressure me and gave me all my options. He gave me reasons that was a good deal for me. Once I said yes we agreed on date and time. It was a pleasant experience. Showed me all the features of my new car and explained all it's features. I would certainly come back to him and recommend him highly. More

Bait and Switch Called Friday to make appointment to look at a specific used car on Saturday. Was told by Beth car was available and made appointment for 3pm Saturda Called Friday to make appointment to look at a specific used car on Saturday. Was told by Beth car was available and made appointment for 3pm Saturday. Called Saturday morning and changed appointment time to 12p. Arrived at noon and was introduced to salesman who asked us to have a seat as he had to go get the car from their used lot. 20 minutes later he returned with his manager to tell us the vehicle was not available at this time but they would "be happy to show us other cars". This is why used car salesmen have bad reputations. They tell you what you want to hear to get you in the door and then try to upsell you. Plenty of other dealerships out there and thankfully the customer gets to choose where to spend their money. More

Very disappointing expereince at the delearship After multiple phone calls and emails I was assured that the car that I am looking for is available at the dealership. However, when I came in person, After multiple phone calls and emails I was assured that the car that I am looking for is available at the dealership. However, when I came in person, the sales person showed me at least 3 cars that I wasn't interested in. After 2 hours, when I was about to walk out, I was told that they found a car. This is the first time it took me 7 hours to buy a car. After the price was negotiated and I was on a brink of exhaustion and just wanted to sign the contract to get out from that place, I found hidden charges that were never discussed with me and was overcharged for the registration an arm and a half. Would never come back to this place and would never recommend it to any of my friends. More
