We have"walked out" of a few dealers for a crummy trade in prices and /or hi pressure tactics. Considering this was the last day of July... we were concerned about being jumped on by sales people as has happened at other places. But no. He was professional, really really knew necessary details as they came up in discussion, but was also very personable. I covered several topics briefly outside of the sales experience with him (over separate visits with him) and he showed a really amiable, pleasant nature about him. I would most certainly and highly recommend Ron as your salesperson of choice if you are looking for a Honda in the northern NJ area. I was shopping for a car with my daughter and she knew the moment we arrived this was it. We had questions and they had answers. Other dealerships would avoid giving you a straight answer but not here. David had patience of a saint. Since this is not something you buy everyday, paying attention to detail is very important to me. The Pilot has wonderful features and David reviewed each of them with me.
