My experience working with David Yoon was very positive. He was not high pressure, knew his inventory and spent hours with me finding a payment plan which would work within my budget. He also spent time reviewing the SUV's features, even programing my radio and pairing my Bluetooth! Highly recommend David, and I love my new SUV! More

Poor customer relations by managment Puchased 2 new vehicles from rt23 honda. 2007 honda accord / 2016 honda crv. Both sales went smoothly, no major issues. I did need some floor mats for the 2016crv. So i visited the rt23 honda dealership where we bought the cars thinking i would get some kind of discount for being a loyal customer. lol lol lol So i went directly to one of the store MANAGERS knowing most likely everything gets approved threw them anyway. So i explained to him the whole repeat customer shpeel and his first reaction was ( WE DON'T GIVE DISCOUNTS ) with an attitude. He even said ( I DON'T EVEN GET DISCOUNTS. ) lol lol I knew he was giving me a story. So i gave him a second chance. You know, the repeat customer shpeel. So he gets on the phone with parts department and starts whispering in front of me like he's playing me for stupid or something. So then he gets up goes back to the parts dept. for like 15 min's. Jeez, i felt like i was twisting someones arm just for some floor mats. lol lol lol So he comes back with a piece of paper with the price. And remember, all i asked for was front seat floor mats not the whole set. $159.99 and that's after a so called discount. lol lol lol So i went on line and found the same WEATHER TECH MATS for a fraction of the cost. So anyway, I didn't say anything to the manager as i left. But i did make sure i stopped at the customer service desk and told the receptionist to relay a msg. to the manager i just spoke to. That my mom was very interested in trading in her 2016 crv already for the 2018crv. That would have been 3 new vehicles from rt23 honda in 11 years. And that they just lost a repeat customer over floor mats. Msg, to managment, Thing about taking a course in CUSTOMER RELATIONS. More
