It took me a week and a half to contact someone to make appointment for tires. The price jumped @ $35 a tire since I last bought them. I dropped off the car and they had a loaner so I didn't have to wait appointment for tires. The price jumped @ $35 a tire since I last bought them. I dropped off the car and they had a loaner so I didn't have to wait and said it would take a couple of hours, after a couple of hours I went back and they hadn't even started on my car yet. They said it would be a couple more hours and I left again and received a phone call saying it was taking longer than expected and I could keep loaner over night and the serviceman would be in @ 7:30 and finish the alignment because the power kept going out from the storm. I received a phone call at @ 9:30 saying car is ready. I left work again to pick up my car and as I drove away I noticed the seat was damp. The dampness after a little while was wet. When I got out the whole back of my pants was wet. I checked the floor and mats are wet, underneath the mats the floor is soaked. I did not go for the car wash because I didn't have time to wait more since they didn't ask me until I was there to pick it up. It seems they must have left a window open during the storm and my car was soaked and then kept it overnight to cover it up. It would have been nice to know so I wouldn't have to go to work and visit clients with the whole back of my pants wet or I could have kept loaner til they fixed the problem. A little honesty would have been nice. All this for just getting new tires and making the mistake of going to the dealer for them. $773.14 later and it could cost me more to replace mats and clean up mold. More
Brian Murphy was very helpful in making my appointment and taking care of me when I brought my car in. Since it was going to take a while, I was provided a loaner. When I returned, brian was off. I pulled and taking care of me when I brought my car in. Since it was going to take a while, I was provided a loaner. When I returned, brian was off. I pulled the loaner in to the service bay and waited in the car as the sign instructs. I waited looking over through the service area class and several service writiers seem to ignore me. I waited and saw two then three mingle around one service desk. After about 5 minutes I got out of the car and carrying my shoulder book case (I am a teacher) enter the service area. One person was discussing with the other about their work schedule using a calender on the wall. I stood there and waited, finally one of the two, a person with a long beard, came over and asked if he could help. I told him I was picking up my car and returning a loaner. He wanted to know if I had "gassed it up." I didn't understand him so I ask what he said, "did you fill up the car?" I said yes. He found my invoice, but did not go over all the charges, although I knew what it would cost. I was already told that they did not have any wiper refills in stock, but it was not explained to me why they did not wash the car. The labor charges are way to high for "checking" things and filling fluids. And why am I charged for "shop supplies?" I also don't know what an "element" is as part of my oil change service which cost 28.18. It cost 40 to put in a cabin air filter which cost 30? Around 4:00 to 6:00 pm the service stinks, except for Mr. Murphy. People are looking to go home or take a break and I getr the feeling I was being ignored. More
My experience with the service dept this past time has been much better. I was greeted properly and work was performed in time frame committed allowing me to get out the door. Earlier when the car had been much better. I was greeted properly and work was performed in time frame committed allowing me to get out the door. Earlier when the car had been serviced, I had experienced several issues and had actually begun to take my Honda to my old Acura dealership, to be serviced. I am hopeful that my most recent experience will be that in the future. It appears that the service team seems to be stable. More

I was having problems with my air conditioning and called up the service department to make an appointment to have it looked at. They were extremely friendly on the phone and made me an appointment that fit up the service department to make an appointment to have it looked at. They were extremely friendly on the phone and made me an appointment that fit my schedule and offered a loaner car. When I arrived at the dealership and pulled into the service drive (which is covered and was perfect because it was pouring out!)someone came right out to greet me. They took my information had my loaner car ready to go and I was in and out in a flash! When I returned to pick up my car, again i was greeted in the service drive and taken care of quickly. The service advisor Mark even offered to bring my car around for me since it was pouring rain outside. This is the best service department I have ever been to and will continue to always service my car at Route 23 Honda! Thanks! More

Thrilled that they provided they had a package deal for that which included Timing belt, water pump, drive belts, and coolant flush for a flat rate. Thrilled that they provided free loaner car. Poppy called me in the morning to say they had found some issues with continuity bushings in the steering and that they really need to be replaced. I said to go ahead with that additional repair and i'm sure glad i did. The steering performance is 100% better. I guess when you drive a car everyday, you don't realize when performance has deteriorated. I'm so glad that Poppy talked me into that additional repair. She is a really terrific service writer. Extremely friendly and informative. More
I brought my Accord in for routine maintenance and repair of the weatherstrip gasket around the sunroof on 2 June 2009. I was immediately greeted by the service advisor, Poppy Crawford. She performed in a of the weatherstrip gasket around the sunroof on 2 June 2009. I was immediately greeted by the service advisor, Poppy Crawford. She performed in a courteous and professional manner and was genuinely concerned for my needs. She advised me that she would call when the service was completed and I did, in fact, receive a call about an hour later. She informed me the oil change was complete and the weatherstrip gasket had been ordered and would be in the next day. The weatherstrip gasket would be covered under warranty so there would be no charge to me for it. I will bring the car in on 3 June for the warranty repair. I highly recommenmd Route 23 Honda and commend them for their concerned, professional and courteous staff as well as the quality of their service. More

Perhaps the most pleasant car buying experience in the tri-state area. Communicated with several dozen dealers by email, most of which replied and said to call or come in for a test drive. Thanks but no tri-state area. Communicated with several dozen dealers by email, most of which replied and said to call or come in for a test drive. Thanks but no thanks, if you won't answer my questions by email, then you don't deserve my business. The only dealer who took the time and promptly responded to all of my inquiries was Route 23 Honda. They even gave me the best price on the new accord, while others quoted me ridiculous numbers. After all said and done, I came in to Route 23, and the process couldn't have been simpler. They took care of all the paperwork, didn't try to get me into any warranties or extra options on the car, called my insurance for me to add the new car to the policy, went over all the contracts and numbers, explained what was what, and lowe and behold, I was given the keys to my car. Simple as 1, 2, 3. This dealer is highly recommended. More
