This is my second car at route 23 honda and as always I had a wonderful experience. The salesman I dealt with last time no longer works there so, I walked in without an appointment and was greated promptl had a wonderful experience. He introduced me to one of his sales guys Chris Bencivenga. Chris right away pointed me into the right direction, drove with me and explained everything about the Accord in perfect detail. We sat down and wrapped up the paperwork all in about an hour(which is great compared to some dealer negotiation's). I will definetly be reccomending Chris B to anyone I know, and thanks to Carlos and Sunny for making the experience wonderful as well. More

Fred Mehler was great to work with and helped us get the model and color we wanted. It wasn't easy as CRV's are hard to locate because of problems in Japan. He was very professional and knowledgeable, he then introduced me to Christopher Bensevenca who helped me throughout the shopping process. Chris was very pleasant and easy to do business with.After choosing my vehicle, the Mr.Inoa came in to finalize the transaction making sure the I had the best experience buying a car ever! I came into Route23Honda to look at a used car they had on the lot. I was met by Jeff Beck who played aboslutely no games. He asked me to make him a fair offer and we could do business. I asked him to make me a fair offer first--which he did--he was very fair. Took only a moment to mutually agree and off we went. No changes, no suprises and nothing hidden. His manager Ralph was also very nice. I have bought over 20 cars and this was by far the easiset and best transaction ever. I will look to Jeff for future cars. I have never spent 30 minutes after buying a car talking to a car delaer about kids, family, football and other topics, but these guys were like having a friend that also sells cars. I give them a positive rating because the transaction was above board at all times and fair. More

This is the absolute worst dealership I have been to. I have been buying cars for 25 years and have had my share of less than desirable experiences, but this one was by far they worst I have or ever could have been buying cars for 25 years and have had my share of less than desirable experiences, but this one was by far they worst I have or ever could imagine. I worked with a salesman that didn't know the product (he was new so I guess I could forgive that).....then they sent in a manager (I think his name was Carlos) who tried to bully me into buying a car that day...... I informed him that I wasn't buying that day as I didn't have much time and I just needed pricing to think it over.....he got up.....didn't shake my hand.....walked away in disgust!!!!! I left.....tried to reach the GM or owner to relay my horrible experience......NOONE bothered to get back to me. Listen, there are plenty of Honda dealerships in our area....why bother with this one???? They are completely uninformed as to the product they are selling and completely unprofessional! That's what I don't understand????? Why on earth would they treat their customers this way when it is so competitive out there? AVOID THIS DEALERSHIP! DON'T WASTE YOUR TIME. DON'T BE TREATED THIS WAY. DON'T GET RIPPED OFF. More

I went in thinking i would only be able to purchase a 2005 or older but Dino Riccio was able to put me in a 2009 CR-V for not all that much more then some of the older cars I was originally looking at. Dino was really helpful in finding the right deal for me. There was no pressure when I said I would have to come back the next day. He also insisted that my wife also test drive it when she came with me. He helped me through the whole process from calling my insurance company to having go with Mike to inspect the vehicle and then over to Jerry to do the financing. Overall it was a very good experience I would recommend route 23 honda to all. More
