This is the absolute worst dealership I have been to. I have been buying cars for 25 years and have had my share of less than desirable experiences, but this one was by far they worst I have or ever could have been buying cars for 25 years and have had my share of less than desirable experiences, but this one was by far they worst I have or ever could imagine. I worked with a salesman that didn't know the product (he was new so I guess I could forgive that).....then they sent in a manager (I think his name was Carlos) who tried to bully me into buying a car that day...... I informed him that I wasn't buying that day as I didn't have much time and I just needed pricing to think it over.....he got up.....didn't shake my hand.....walked away in disgust!!!!! I left.....tried to reach the GM or owner to relay my horrible experience......NOONE bothered to get back to me. Listen, there are plenty of Honda dealerships in our area....why bother with this one???? They are completely uninformed as to the product they are selling and completely unprofessional! That's what I don't understand????? Why on earth would they treat their customers this way when it is so competitive out there? AVOID THIS DEALERSHIP! DON'T WASTE YOUR TIME. DON'T BE TREATED THIS WAY. DON'T GET RIPPED OFF. More

I went in thinking i would only be able to purchase a 2005 or older but Dino Riccio was able to put me in a 2009 CR-V for not all that much more then some of the older cars I was originally looking at. Dino was really helpful in finding the right deal for me. There was no pressure when I said I would have to come back the next day. He also insisted that my wife also test drive it when she came with me. He helped me through the whole process from calling my insurance company to having go with Mike to inspect the vehicle and then over to Jerry to do the financing. Overall it was a very good experience I would recommend route 23 honda to all. More

I would definitely recommend this dealership because they clearly value customer service and that is hard to find these days. Not only are their cars great but the salesmen are great too, especially Josh Tr clearly value customer service and that is hard to find these days. Additionally, he was very patient with me and let me test drive numerous cars to find just the right one. Overall, the dealership made me feel very comfortable during the whole process which made me feel at ease. Route 23 Honda is a great place to buy a car. I just bought my first new car there a couple of weeks ago and have nothing but good reviews. The price was great compared to other dealers and the finance bought my first new car there a couple of weeks ago and have nothing but good reviews. When Honda wouldn't finance me (because I am relatively young and haven't had the opportunity to produce a lot of credit yet) they went to three other banks to find the one that would give me the best option. They even have a reward points system now that is easy and convenient to use. I would recommend them to people of all ages. More

Route 23 Honda failed to honor the BJs Wholesale Discount store auto discount despite the fact that I was referred to the dealership through BJs auto buyer program. Upon my arrival at the dealership followin store auto discount despite the fact that I was referred to the dealership through BJs auto buyer program. Upon my arrival at the dealership following notification by BJS, the dealership's sales representative proceeded to lie about the dealership's relationship with BJs, first by stating that the BJs discount did not apply to 2012 models, then, when challenged on this point, representing that the dealership had broken off its relationship with BJs altogether. Instead of the BJs discount, Route 23 Honda initially offered the MSRP on the vehicle as the bottom line price, only to be haggled down after my complaints regarding the dealership's misrepresentation of its relationship with BJs. The BJs offer was intended to eliminate haggling. A followup with BJs confirmed that its relationship with Route 23 Honda still existed, confirming that the dealership had lied in order to obtain a higher price on the vehicle. The bottom line: Don't trust Route 23 Honda and take your business to a more reputable dealership. P.S. The sales representative did not provide any instruction on the operation of the vehicle (e.g. how the set up the radio, computer features) which is standard practice when purchasing a new vehicle. My wife and I went to trade in our Odyssey for something a bit smaller. Our saleman was Ronald Siegel. He made it a pleasure! We ended up getting a CRV and we love it!!
