Horrible experience Long wait just to get oil change. Being asianindian felt like I was ignored. 3 service reps were busy 2 on computer and one snacking. Nobody even gr Long wait just to get oil change. Being asianindian felt like I was ignored. 3 service reps were busy 2 on computer and one snacking. Nobody even greeted me.one look And back to what they were doing. It was only after an African American family Showed up thing started moving . With the oil change I specifically requested To check tire pressure. When I got the car after oil change and driving few miles I got the * check pressure light Moreover my car was washed with dirty or used water from previous wash. My car windows and sides and even windshield had muddy spots all over. I had to spend $30.00 for wash and $ 15 for tire pressure. No more service with rat 23 Honda. I am taking up this matter with Honda Corporate Thanks but no thanks More
