Salesman and sales manager lied to us about the disposition of our trade in in order to get us to accept their price, which was well below Edmunds recommended trade in price. They told us the car was NOT going to go on their used car lot but was going to a third party reseller and they could not come up any more in price. Three days after the sale, our car was on their used car lot at Edmunds dealer sell price. They out and out lied to us - I have purchased 5 cars from this dealer and this time was the worst experience I've ever had. I will never go back to this dealer. Run from this dealership - sales manager uses bully tactics to get you to agree to his price - kept my keys from me so I couldn't leave the store. Overall a totally unacceptable experience. Will never set foot in this dealership again. More

He showed me both the coupe and the sedan- my heart was set on a coupe, but unfortunately it was too much out of my price range, and at the time, the price I was given for the 4 door wasn't for me either. We had to come back another day, and it took a while to agree on pricing, but we finally got it to the price I originally had in mind. Mike and Luis were both extremely patient with us and didn't really try to "push" us at all and they were both very kind and nice people to work with. Sure, they tried to pull the "I'm sorry,it's non-negotiable" card, but what salesperson doesn't? If I had to go back anytime soon, I would definitely go back to them. More
