It is my pleasure to write a review about our experience with 23 Honda & their staff. We bought our first Honda Accord 15 yrs ago from Dino Riccio, a young, personal, friendly salesperson who eargerly & pr with 23 Honda & their staff. A few years later we returned to buy another Honda & were pleased to see Dino was still there. Once again he helped us to find the right one! We spread the word about 23 Honda & Dino to family & friends & even my Dad who then purchased their Honda's from Dino. Last week we had the pleasure of meeting up with Dino once again & proud to see he is now a Senior Sales Consultant! Even though it had been a while since we last saw him, his friendly smile & hug made us feel like we were close friends. Dino never fails to work wonders--there was another person interested in the car we wanted, but Dino assured us he would get it for us & he did! Dino & Wilson worked thru the finances, Mike D patiently explained the navigation system & blue tooth & told us to stop by the next day so he could download my #'s in & before we knew it, we were driving our Honda home! First visit he offered help even before we walked into the showroom. At the end he got us through the purchasing and financing process as quickly as possible.
