After a month's worth of negotiating over e-mail, Route 23 Honda and I finally came to an agreement! :D I was very happy with the response rate of Drew (Internet Department). He addressed all my concerns and always came back with the info I needed in a timely manner. Drew had a big role as to why I chose to purchase from Route 23 Honda. He basically was my link between the Sales Rep. and Managers -- saving me plenty of time in having to avoid face to face negotiations. The extremely competitive pricing was agreed upon prior to stepping foot into the dealership! We were welcomed and greeted courteously by our Sales Rep. Eric who was very professional and answered all our concerns. They had a majority of the paperwork finished upon arrival, which is a great time saver. The only lag was awaiting for the interest rate from Oscar in finance, for it was very busy at the dealership considering it was the end of the month. It was definitely worth the wait since they were able to beat the interest rate that our credit union offered by a significant margin! Overall, I recommend Route 23 Honda and all the people I've dealt with during my purchase! It was a pleasure and an awesome experience overall. More
