Dino has been nothing but a pleasure to work with. He sold me my 2009 Honda Accord 3.5 years ago and I just recently went back to him to trade-in for a 2012 Civic. Both times he ensured I got the best po sold me my 2009 Honda Accord 3.5 years ago and I just recently went back to him to trade-in for a 2012 Civic. Both times he ensured I got the best possible deal and stopped at nothing to guarantee my satisfaction. He genuinely wants the customer to be happy when they drive out of the lot. I traded in my 2005 CRV for the 2012 upgraded CRV. I couldn't have been happier with my salesperson Dino. He found the car I wanted and the color I wanted even tho it wasn't available at their showroom. couldn't have been happier with my salesperson Dino. I was referred to Route 23 Honda by my nice who bought a 2012 Honda Civic. Ray Sebastinai was very helpful, knowledgable and understanding of what I was looking for. He wasn't pushy which is a plus, I fin 2012 Honda Civic. Ray Sebastinai was very helpful, knowledgable and understanding of what I was looking for. He wasn't pushy which is a plus, I find that to be a turn off. He put me in a beautiful Honda Civc. I love it!! Mike Murphy was great and helpful also. I loved the use of the internet sales department. I had my price quoted to me by Mary Ellen extremely quickly letting me know exactly what I was going to pay before walking into the dealership. As I knew w my price quoted to me by Mary Ellen extremely quickly letting me know exactly what I was going to pay before walking into the dealership. As I knew what I wanted as well as what it would cost, Scott quickly presented me with my color options, gave me a test drive, and hustled through the rest of the process. I received a quick call back on the extras I ordered, and will get them installed within a week of my purchase. This was important to me, as I paid a lot of money for my new toy and want it with all my customizations as quickly as possible. This was my second new car purchase at Rt. 23 Honda, and I am sure that it won't be my last. Good Job everyone! Including Orlando who worked me through the paperwork with some great conversation! Poppy has been very friendly and helpful throughout the last few years as we service both our Hondas there on a routine basis both scheduled and emergency maintenance.
