Third Lease and So Happy! I’ve been working with Route 23 Honda for a few years now that I’m actually on my third lease with them. When I tell you I literally ONLY go back ther I’ve been working with Route 23 Honda for a few years now that I’m actually on my third lease with them. When I tell you I literally ONLY go back there it’s for many great reasons, one being the staff of sales associates. You expect a sea of piranhas right when you walk in but you actually get people who greet you and keep it moving, they don’t harass you, but they will help you if you look lost. On this third car, I had the pleasure of working with Chad Sanders. From his inviting smile to his contagious laugh and overall transparency about the feared car buying/leasing experience, I only have great things to say about him and Route 23 Honda. If you have any need for a new car I strongly recommend this place and asking for him because you will not be disappointed. He will work with you and you will BOTH come out happy with the end. You won’t feel swindled or surprised at the end, you’ll be extremely pleased with the overall experience and of course your great new car! More

Horrible experience Long wait just to get oil change. Being asianindian felt like I was ignored. 3 service reps were busy 2 on computer and one snacking. Nobody even greeted me.one look And back to what they were doing. It was only after an African American family Showed up thing started moving . With the oil change I specifically requested To check tire pressure. When I got the car after oil change and driving few miles I got the * check pressure light Moreover my car was washed with dirty or used water from previous wash. My car windows and sides and even windshield had muddy spots all over. I had to spend $30.00 for wash and $ 15 for tire pressure. No more service with rat 23 Honda. I am taking up this matter with Honda Corporate Thanks but no thanks More
