This is the second Honda, but the third car that we have bought from this dealership, all from Dino. It is because of Dino that we keep coming back. Today my family purchased a certified pre-owned Honda Odyssey. It's a very nice car and we feel we got a great price. Dino Riccio the sales person was excellent to work with. He was very professional, accommodating and helped us through the entire process. Mike Wilson, his assistant, was thorough walking us through all the great features of the car when we were ready to drive off the lot; even setting up the bluetooth connection to our phone. Everyone else that worked on staff was extremely friendly and helpful. Even down to the little details of helping us clean out our trade in! I definitely would recommend coming to this dealer. We came in on a crowded Saturday and the process took most of the afternoon. Luckily our 3 young kids were occupied with actitives (tv, games) and snacks (popcorn, water) provided by the dealership. This is our third car purchase from Route 23 Honda, and I'm sure we'll be back the next time. More

I went into Honda Rt 23 completely lost after having an awful time at another car dealership. I was met by Mary Ellen Wiles and Alton Brown. They both were normal people not trying to force me in anything and talked to me like I was family. Since this was my first car I had no idea on how to go about anything except for what I read online. They made the process SO easy no hassle at all. I was nervous because I needed the car ASAP and within about an hour or so I was driving out with my brand new car (that I love). The owner also stopped by to thank me and also congratulated me which was really nice of her. I know if I do buy/lease another car they will be the first I call. More
