Dan already knew we were interested in the 2012 CR-V and before we knew it, we were test driving Route 23 Honda and sales representative Dan Sterba. Dan was extremely thorough with us going over the different controls inside the vehicle and the exterior features. Dan was able to get us the color my wife wanted which made her quite pleased. This was the best car buying experience I have ever had. I negotiated the price of the new car and trade in with Mary Ellen prior to going to the dealership. She stuck to her word and the car I purchased was at the price we discussed and she ended up getting me more for my trade in then their website had estimated. Upon arrival Chris handled the sale of the car. Again super nice, not sure how they find salespeople which are so nice. He was very talkative throughout the whole process and seemed truly interested in me as a person. He recommended a few things for the new car, but never pressured me or seemed irritated if I did not purchase them. Not that they were bad recommendations, in fact a few of them I may pick up in a few months. He stayed late to complete my paperwork and sale, which I really appreciated as I did not have a lot of time to do this. If you are in the market for a new Honda go to Route 23 first! I tried another dealer and was so disappointed that I walked out. I wish I wouldn't have wasted that time and just have gone to Route 23 to begin with. More

Back in 1992, after having checked out several other dealerships, we visited Route 23 Honda and met the affable, non-pushy Dino Riccio. It was like sitting down with a knowledgeable friend discussing our options. When we asked to test drive a Civic, he handed us the keys and let us take it out by ourselves--how cool is that! We ended up buying that Civic and were thrilled that Dino was still there in 1999 when we bought our Odyssey...and our CRV in 2005... and now, 20 years later, our 4th Honda. We got to drive our brand new Odyssey home that night, and the dealership took care of all the DMV xx. Dino is awesome, our Hondas have been fantastic, and the dealership has been most kind to us over the years. More
