We stopped by on a Saturday to look at a Civic. The dealership was very busy but Nicki was very helpful. If you do not enjoy the car buying experience as we don't and the games that dealers play, this is the way to do it. The financing was good and fairly painless, everyone we met with was friendly and helpful. There was no pressure to add dealer options to the car or hidden costs involved. We had shopped at this dealership several time over the years but never bought because the price was not right. This time it was and we are happy with the car and the experience. They even had the car cleaned and ready an hour and a half after we bought it. We were shocked because we did not plan to pick up the car until the following Monday. Overall one of the best car buying experiences we have had. More

My son and I had been out window shopping Sunday for a replacement vehicle for him. Sunday evening I submitted an email request for a price quote on a CRV that my son was interested in. Within 15 minutes (on a Sunday) I received a phone call from Drew followed up with an email quote and appointment for Monday. We went to the dealer on Monday was greeted at the door my Drew and he introduced us to to Stephen our sales person. Stephen had the car brought out front and described the vehicle in detail took us out on a test drive. We finished our negotiations and within the hour the vehicle was explained to my son again and we drove the vehicle home. The whole experience was good, friendly people and a great sales person.
