Experienced a small misunderstanding of when I was going to receive my car, however the organized painless encounter of working with Sunny Chan (signing all the paperwork), made up for it. He was enjoyable, efficient, and quick. I have yet to experience the service center, but something tells me it will be a painless endeavor as well. More

My finances were also respected by Scott and Sunny, and they worked their magic to get me a beautiful new car with the mileage I wanted for a price that was reasonable - they even threw in a few extras for me. The only feedback I will provide is that the process did take an extremely long time. This is only my second car, so maybe this is standard as I don't really recall the first time around - but we were at the dealership for about 5 hours. Regardless, I was able to drive home in my new 2013 Accord EX-L and I love it! More

To make a long story short, my husband purchased a car as a "surprise" for daughter - to our "surprise" it was not what she was looking for. Rolando made me feel like there was nothing to worry. He promised me the he would not make us keep a car we were not 100% happy with - he kept that promise. During the process I was not sure he could find us a car that we would all be happy with but at the end, my daughter has a beautiful car that she loves thanks to Rolando. I came into Route 23 Honda the other day interested in looking around for a new car to purchase in the near future. I was assisted by Nikki who was incredibly nice and helped me narrow my search to either looking around for a new car to purchase in the near future. She was very knowledgeable and was able to answer all of my questions concerning the vehicles I was interested in. I am planning on going back to purchase a vehicle in the very near future from her. I don't normally enjoy going to car dealerships, but I can honestly say working with Nikki made the experience much more pleasurable.
