I spent two months looking for a specific Honda; a 2010 Accord EX-L. I live in upstate New York, about 130 miles away. I was looking for vehicles in the Tri State area. Upon arriving at Route 23 Honda, I was immediately influenced by their congeniality. The sales consultant I worked with is Heivy Gomez. Very professional and also open to answering any/all questions I presented. I had 3 other appointments at other dealerships the same day. These three Accords were in excellent condition. Price wise, one was the same as Route 23 Honda, one was less and the last was more expensive. It only took me a couple minutes to decide to make the purchase from Route 23 Honda because of their professionalism and friendliness. To show their customer service level, I wasn't going to be able to pick the car up for 2 weeks. Heivy was even willing to drive the car to my home. This made quite an impression! Mr. Torres and Mr. Murphy contacted me to be sure I was much satisfied with my purchase, which I definitely am. Mr. Mehler was very open and precise when I applied for a loan. Just a few minutes later, it (the loan) was approved. All in all, I would highly suggest visiting Route 23 Honda prior to making a puchase at any other dealership. I had the opportunity to work with Nicquelle Denney since the end of January. Her interpersonal skills are by far the best I have seen with a car salesperson. To begin, she is sincerely kind. It was also immediately apparent that she has a very thorough work ethic. She is conscientious, and well organized. As a customer, you find that you trust her almost instantly, as she sincerely wants you to get the car that best fits your needs. Nikki was not in any way an aggressive salesperson, and consistently very willing to work with me. We went back and forth many times between the two cars, and she was so patient and appeared to truly care that I would be happy with whatever deal we agreed upon. When I finally decided on a CRV, I wanted to make sure my double stroller and other materials could easily fit in the back. Nikki was kind enough to bring the car to my house, so I could load it up with the things I would need when taking future trips with my family. During these weeks, Nikki seemed to be able to closely stay in touch with me without ever seeming pushy. She allowed me to think through the decision, and showed me that she was available if I needed anything. It amazes me that Nikki is so new in the business, as she is already so knowledgeable, and able to really work well with people. The first day that we sat down together, another customer saw us beginning to work, and he made sure to rave about her to me. It wasn't long before I saw exactly the qualities he spoke about. My experience was not only stress free, but it was very pleasant. I would highly recommend Nikki (and already have) to anyone looking for a car. When I called the Service Dept. , I figured my request was so small, I would probably have to wait until the first available appointment. I was very pleasantly surprised! Poppy invited me to bring my Fit right down, and she would see that the repair got done right away! She truly meant it! She met me at the waiting area, asked a very nice young technician to pull it into the garage, and in about 10 minutes, it was all done. I won't forget to mention that my tires were also checked for proper air pressure, so I had no worries. Dino is the most honest Salesman you will ever meet, there's never any beating around the bush just 100% honesty. My 2001 Accord was my very first lease, I was very adamant on what I wanted to spend per month and not only was Dino beyond understanding to my needs, I drove off the lot in nicer model then I originally choose at the payment range I was looking to be at. Dino goes above and beyond for his customers and I am treated like family. I am currently on my 4th Honda and I would never purchase anywhere else other then Route 23 Honda and I will only deal with Dino. Not only am I a happy customer, but I have also referred my mom and sister to Route 23 Honda and to Dino. My mom is on her 2nd vehicle and my sister is on her 3rd. I wish they had the referral program sooner. I have to say I did not see any of the guys in finance listed on this site to give a review for. It's ashame as they should not go unnoticed. I've known Victor in finance for a long time and he's just amazing. I had some credit issues in the past and he managed to get my lease approved. This time around I also had the pleasure of working with Eddie and Wilson in finance they were great! Anyone looking for a Honda needs to go to Route 23 Honda and see Dino Riccio! Experienced a small misunderstanding of when I was going to receive my car, however the organized painless encounter of working with Sunny Chan (signing all the paperwork), made up for it.
