I was shopping for a new car 6 Months ago, but we were not ready to make a decision. I visited several car dealers, they usually show no interest once they know that I am not a solid buyer. Scott met us, patiently offered all info about the car with excellent easy and professional manner, and with no doubt compared to other dealers was the best presenter and made us at ease. After 6 months I was ready to buy, I lost Scott's card, I went again to several dealerships and I did not feel comfortable, either with the brand or the Pushy non-friendly techniques. I ended up going to Rt 23 Honda, again to be approached by a salesman that happened to be Scott. Scott was very patient through the process, we have gone through the negotiation, he had a very good follow up. At the end, although I was not 100% satisfied with the final price, but business is business and everyone has to make some decent money. We reached a point that all are Happy and satisfied with the deal. The most good thing about the process, that Scott and the team behind him were honest, quick and professional through all the steps. Three cheers for Scott. He went out of his way and I mean out of his way to help us. My husband and I were looking for a older used cargo van to use in our new business and had stopped at almost all of mean out of his way to help us. All of them steered us toward vehicles way out of our price range. Scott was the only one that took the time to listen to us and really searched his inventory and beyond. He found that the parts department was thinking of getting rid of the van they used. He talked to his managers and came us with a price that fit into our budget. Not only that the dealership did some minor repairs to it. On the day we picked it up not only was all of the work done but the gas tank had been filled. That is what I call customer service. My husband and I will be singing his name to all of our friends. More

I just bought a new car from Ray Sabastiani at Route 23 Honda and it was my best car purchasing experience I've ever had! Ray is knowledgeable (yay!), low-key (yay!!), and truthfull (yay!!!). I did my homework, so when Ray gave me a quote over the phone I knew it was a very good price. Others warned me that there would be unexpected add-ons since the price was too good to be true. My own previous experiences with other dealers also made me wary. No such thing with Ray. He's a gentleman and a straight up honest no nonsense guy! My out the door price was exactly the same as Ray's price quote except for one small add-on feature I chose to go with. Ray simply handed me the add-on feature list, answered my questions about them, and then he gave me the time and space to consider them with no pressure at all. I really appreciated this approach. Instead of being a stressful (I got to get out of here now!) experience, I'm here writing my first review ever to share that buying my new car from Ray was a pleasure. More
