It is my GREAT pleasure to relate the terrific experience - from start to finish - that I had with respect to purchasing a Nissan Altima from Route 23 Honda. It started with an accidental phone call into ser - from start to finish - that I had with respect to purchasing a Nissan Altima from Route 23 Honda. It started with an accidental phone call into service, where I was given the distinct pleasure of speaking to Mary Ellen Wiles. Without divulging too much personal information on this write up, I explained to Mary Ellen the general type of vehicle I was looking for and why I need a vehicle fairly quickly. She confidently assured me that our needs would be met and mentioned that a Sales Rep would be in contact with me very quickly. And he was! Within 10 minutes, Dino Riccio called me and thanks to Mary Ellen, he was already well informed of my situation and was eager to help. Notice that I said , "Help!" He was not eager to just sell me a car, he was eager to "fit" me in a car geared to my own personal situation, budget and assurance. Once we agreed on he Altima, my decision to have my mechanic look at the car was completely endorsed by Dino at any given time that my mechanic was available for viewing. A very minor problem prevailed - a slightly leaky shock - which was rectified by your service team IMMEDIATELY and the deal was cut between my wife and I and Dino. Let's talk about the Finance Department, our last stop of your "cracker jack" Customer Service Team. Eddie Mayorga explained all the paperwork in complete detail and without reservation and with a personable sense of humor, went over some sections as many times as was needed. You could tell that he was proud of his dealership and very proud to be part of this team. In summary, I HIGHLY RECOMMEND Route 23 Honda.
