I have now purchased 2 CRV's from Route 23 Honda in the past 12 months. Last year's experience was excellent but was surpassed by my experience for the CRV EX-L that I purchased two weeks ago. Ron Wood was extremely customer-focused and clearly understood my needs and objectives. Ron is an excellent listener and when he spoke, it was always value-added and kept the dialogue on track. When I stated my timeframe for making a decision (which was not going to be that night), Ron gave the right level of push to try to get it done that night but was not overbearing. He respected my process and summarized all of the key points of the deal prior to my departing. He then followed up via email in a timely manner and we came to an agreement that brought me back to the dealership to close the deal the next day. Completing the leasing documentation with Sunny Chan was a breeze. Sunny does a great job of relaxing the customer and explaining each document. My sincerest thanks to Ron and Sunny for jobs well done! More

Due to the fact that the car had previously been used, Mike Davie allowed me to inspect the car various times before I even considered buying it. He was extremely friendly, patient, and courteous. As for the Senior Sales Consultant during the purchase process, Dino Riccio, he was very considerate of my budget. He walked me through the purchase and even advised me on the best way to go about the monthly payments as well as the financial rates. He was extremely friendly, patient, respectful, answered all of my questions, and ultimately made the transaction of my Mazda Tribute a success. More

From the greeting and appearance of the dealership, to the excellent personal service I received from my salesman Josh Trinkleback, the process could not have been more fair and honest. Not only were they able to work out a great deal, they never made "working" the deal feel like work, a true rarity in today's car sales culture. When we arrived to pick our new car, not only was it ready and cleaned perfectly, the final paperwork process was smooth and well explained by Eddie Mayorga in finance. If you are looking to buy, lease or finance a Honda, Route 23 Honda should be your first stop. I am confident it will be the only Honda dealership you will need to visit. I came here to get a trade in price for my Nissan Maxima which burns more fuel than a Boeing 747 and left with a Honda Accord. I came in with Kelly blue book trade in values & new car invoice prices for the accord with a suggested purchase price over invoice. Within 15 minutes of talking with Alton Brown he said the prices were correct and I could get the Accord for the suggested buy price off the internet, there was NO negotiation which was great. While the Maxima was appraised Alton gave me a Demo on all 3 models I was interested in and spent about 1 hour with him going over tire size, ignition types, side/rear camera, which items came standard, colors and more. I picked one car & that was it. Well not so fast I still needed the Maxima trade in value & now I thought here is where they come down on me with the low ball BUT to my surprise they gave me about 20% more than I thought it was worth according to KBB. I even asked Alton to repeat the price, then I said write it down. I sat with Sunny to complete the paperwork & there was no pressure to buy extras & everything Alton promised on the floor was on the paperwork & I was done in 15 minutes with Sunny & they even called Geico & did the insurance switch for me. During the past 25 yrs I was a consultant putting 32k per year on the car & bought 10 -11 new Nissans during that time & this was by far the easiest new car buying experience for me ever. I highly recommend 23-honda. More
Brought my 2010 Civic in for 60,000 with Tire Sensor Led on and metallic noise coming from a wheel. Car runs like new and has that new-car feel when driving. The noise was due brake pad sensor and resulted with the brake pads replacement and associated re-surfacing. Poppy took time to stress how its in best interest to rotate tires and always ask tech to check each time if needed, goes a long way in extedning tire life. She used this cool technology where a video was made (and accessible on the web) while the car was in the service bay that allowed me to see the issues without being present at the facility. A picture truly goes a long way. The time spent with me in answering my questions, gave me a secure feeling of trust and confidence with Poppy and her team. More

You can tell that he would never steer a customer wrong, nor would he let you buy a car that is not right for you. Buying our certified used Accord was actually fun, because of Dino. We had always previously purchased all new cars, which were driven for years, but we had heard about the certified used, so we decided to try it, and really, it was Dino who helped us to be comfortable about the purchase. He is quite knowledgeable about cars in general and Honda products specifically. I am so very happy with my 2010 Accord, and "negotiating" with him was a breeze, simply fun, so my husband and I drove happily off the lot, in a basically new car, for a fantastic price, with smiles on our faces!
