Ron Jr. worked with me and understood the internet experience. Whereas other dealers 'did the dance' telling how the price they were giving was great, etc., Ron gave a good price from the start...wh experience. Also, he didn't waste time. He knew what we were looking for and clearly tried to accommodate. He didn't drag out the experience by overselling extra items. He made them clear what was available, shared his thoughts on which he'd consider and then left it to us to decide. The finance desk continued to be a positive experience. I had bought a Honda for my mother in August in another state and even after we had agreement on the price, we had to listen to a 15 minute orchestrated dance on all the warranty options available. Woodley (I apologize if I misunderstood his name) in finance, simply had a print out of all the options, costs, and showed it to us and asked us to sign on which option if any we wanted. Overall, I felt like both Ron Jr. and Woodley understood the sophisticated internet buyer who does their homework and then wants an painless experience after the decision has been made. At the same time, they were knowledgeable and would work hard to insure that you understand the features, options, costs, etc. More

Last Monday my husband brought in my CRV to have a tire repaired and a new tire put on my car. He waited 2 hours, was charged $149 (for a new tire) and came home. Upon further inspection it was found tha repaired and a new tire put on my car. He waited 2 hours, was charged $149 (for a new tire) and came home. Upon further inspection it was found that the tire was just repaired, not replaced as agreed with J. Lent. My husband returned the next day, another 2 hours, when it was supposedly rectified. Came home and inspected the tire and it was the same old tire. On the third visit , after a total of 5 hours waiting time we finally had a new tire. I find this to be extremely deceptive. Subsequently I was called my Mary Ellen and asked about my experience. I told her the story. No real response. The next day I receive an e-mail asking me to rate the service. Is this a joke? Again on the day after another call asking us to rate the service. More

I consider myself a normal Mom who has to multi-task quite a bit (I was filling in soccer picture paperwork, putting in a bun for dance class, and buying a car at the same time if that helps with the pi quite a bit (I was filling in soccer picture paperwork, putting in a bun for dance class, and buying a car at the same time if that helps with the picture). I first called Route 23 Honda after finding a car online. The lady said a sales associate would call. Rolando called. After speaking with countless other associates from different dealerships, Rolando was a breath of fresh air. He was courteous, considerate, friendly and answered all my questions honestly. We arranged to meet and see the car, but then I decided I didn't really like light blue so I canceled the night before our appointment. Rolando understood. A week later he called again to let me know a car in the color I like just came in. We set an appointment for Saturday at 9am. I happen to be in the neighborhood on Friday night so I stopped in. Rolando was there. He was helping another customer and I didn't want to intrude. He said he had no problem staying late. He got the car for me, and I took it for a test drive. Then we ironed out all the pricing. I said I needed to think about it, so we agreed to still meet in the morning. Rolondo didn't give me a hard time about leaving and not signing right then and there. He trusted me and I trusted him. I arrived in the morning...this time with my family. Everything was coordinated. He knew we only had 2 hours before we had to leave for soccer and dance class. Rolondo was efficient. He worked with us on the pricing and financing a bit more until everyone was happy. Then he finalized all the paperwork, insurance, introductions to various people, etc., and I signed on the (many) dotted lines at 11am. One of the best parts...just before I left he said "Will you do me a favor? Can I have my picture taken with you and the car so I can put it online"? I felt great supporting Rolondo, and I could tell he was happy to have helped my family find a car we all loved. I would highly recommend him and Route 23 Honda. Oh, and one more thing... since it was a used car, there was an issue with one of the doors which they agreed to fix. They said they would call to schedule an appointment. I was holding my breath, but can you believe I bought the car on Saturday morning, and they called at 9am Monday morning to schedule the appointment?! Rolondo and the staff at this dealership are top notch. I highly recommend them without reservation. Thank you Rolando! More
