I had spent weeks looking online for a late model Accord, and had a specific budget in mind. I knew I wanted a Honda Certified Used vehicle, and had a budget in mind. I saw online that there were a few cars and had a specific budget in mind. I knew I wanted a Honda Certified Used vehicle, and had a budget in mind. I saw online that there were a few cars meeting my needs at several of the local area dealerships, but noticed the one at Route 23 Honda had the least miles and was the newest model year. I decided that since I live close by, to swing by the dealership to see the car in person. When I was looking at the car parked outside of the dealership, Rolando approached me and introduced himself. He was friendly, and listened well to what I was looking for in my car purchase. Since I was interested in the particular car, he quickly offered a test drive which I obliged. After the test drive, we worked out the numbers, which there were no surprises and everything was very clearly laid out. Rolando's friendly, positive attitude made the process pleasant and as enjoyable as purchasing a car can be. Even though it was the Saturday evening before Christmas, Rolando was able to schedule delivery of my vehicle on Monday. The actual delivery of the vehicle was very smooth, the financing beat what my local bank was able to provide, and I was done with the whole process in about an hour. I highly recommend Rolando and Route 23 Honda if you are in the market for a Honda Certified Used Car. More

Alton was super helpful and friendly. Helped me get a GREAT deal! Only issue with the whole process was that if you don't lease with Honda again there is a 350 fee!!! Dino lived up to his well-deserved reputation. He was extremely professional, trustworthy, patient, perhaps most importantly when you are nervous first time new-car-buyer, knowledgeable but not pushy. I would certainly recommend Dino and Route 23 Honda to anyone buying a Honda. More

They also delivered on the agreed upon date the model trim and colors we chose so once again no complaints. The car was exactly what we agreed to and the pickup process was efficient. The two small issues we had with the new CRV (tire pressure sensor light and some protective adhesive residue on the driver door) were resolved promptly. My only complaint and this applies towards Honda Financing is that if you do a pre-approval first when financing a vehicle you are going to end up with two hard credit card pulls on your report. I would recommend Ron Wood Jr as he did come through for us during the same and was there after the sale also, More

What's Good: Speed, hours, availability of loaner cars. Staff is well trained in customer service, though some are less pleasant than others. Never mind they haven't even looked at the car, these often add up to hundreds of dollars. I contacted Honda Corporation and read the list of services, asking if they were necessary. The answer, "no". I am certain many people who rely on a service center to tell them what their car needs end up paying for what I would call "Unnecessary Surgery" in the auto world. I also know this particular dealer is not alone in this practice, as the quick-lube place near me does the same thing. You go in for a $20 oil change and they want to sell you $400 worth of other things your car "needs". At best it's annoying. At worst it's confusing and costly. That aside, I still take my car there, mostly because it's new and under warranty. More
