Walked into the dealer on a whim to look at a Ridgeline for a few years down the road. Alton was so laid back and patient, I immediately felt like he was an old friend. My husband and I got such a good f for a few years down the road. Alton was so laid back and patient, I immediately felt like he was an old friend. My husband and I got such a good feeling (hubby already has a Civic SI and raved about the service and dealership) I wanted to trade in my Toyota Rav4 just to have the opportunity to work with this dealership. Alton had his work cut out for him, I wanted a blue RTS (only 3 available in a 6 hour radius) and two ended up selling before I made up my mind. Alton never gave up and ended up finding my first choice car. The business manager was wonderful as well. I never felt pressured or like I was just a sale. The dealership took a personal interest in my happiness. I will continue telling anyone who will listen to how wonderful my experience was! More

He is very knowledgeable, there was no pressure, and we ended up with a very fair price with no negotiation. Wilson Feliciano, who handled the financial end of the transaction, and all the paperwork, was very organized, thorough, and professional. He thoroughly explained all programs available, pros and cons, etc. I would highly recommend Route 23 Honda and Ray to anyone looking for a new car. More
