Worst sales/financial experience ever! Just left the dealership. Not truthful with final lease buyout costs that kept going up-and-up! Patrick seemed to try, but when he left to discuss what was clearly dealership. Not truthful with final lease buyout costs that kept going up-and-up! Patrick seemed to try, but when he left to discuss what was clearly in our lease agreement, would come back with some kind of nonsense explanation or just plain incorrect statement. This is my second and LAST Honda from this dealership. Never again! BTW: While I would not buy here again, the Service Department is very good. More
