I would and have already recommended Route 23 Honda in Pompton Plains!!!! However, I was pleasantly surprised at the quality of care and personal attention I received. Eric Bruce met us at the door with a smile and handshake, he then introduced us to Rolando Rengel who was excellent in answering all of my questions. He seemed genuinely interested in my needs and I never once felt pressured into buying anything. We test drove our new Honda and were totally pleased. We sat down to discuss pricing, and I thought, oh no here it comes. Again, pleasantly surprised at how Ronaldo and Eric were able to sell me this car without pressure, endless back and forth discussions, and all the craziness I had experienced in other places. I was taken to see Wilson who informed us of the payments and other info. He shook my hand and out we went. Rolando was outside waiting for me, he helped me sync my phone, he put the temporary plates on, wished us well and off we drove. A totally happy experience. This was less than 1 week ago, and my plates are in, and I have an appointment to install a remote start. Great Job!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I was always very nervous about even thinking of buying a new car, I knew my credit was not very good, and felt no one could help me. It was not until my 20 year old car could no longer be fixed. The minute I walked in, I had such a great feeling and after meeting Rolando, I totally started to relax. He was so understanding and helpful. I kept thinking there was no way I would get a car with my credit, then I met the finance manager, Edwin Mendez, who was doing my paperwork, he too was so genuine and completely knew what I was going through. He was so knowledgeable and got me a great monthly payment and warranty. I would like to thank both Rolando and Edwin, not only did I have a great experience, I love my new Honda Accord!!!!! Steve Mains was absolutely awesome with helping me get my new Honda Civic.
