I had previously purchased a car from Route 23 Honda in 2001. I have had that car just about 13 years and decided to finally trade in for a new one. He set me up with a test drive. After that we determined what I was going to buy. Dino was very attentive to my questions and fully answered them all to my satisfaction. He is very business minded and has an excellent personality when it comes to dealing with people. Suggestions were made on options but I never felt any pressure to purchase anything I didn't want to buy. He coordinated everything with the financial person (Sunny Chan, who was also very good) and I was able to take home a new car in about 4 hours from when I first walked into the dealership.
